Been here since part 1 and I have to say that this is turning out absolutely SIIIIIICK I mean look at it!! An aggressive but sleek look! Ignore all the fools in the comments telling you that it have taken you a long time, I bet they couldn't have made it any faster than you did. There is a reason to why bodykits are so expensive. You have transformed the whole look of your M3! Nice jobb man!

to avoid warping, let the layers of fiberglass cure before you lay up the next. the more resin curing at once, the more warping you get. It also depends on temperature, humidity and cataylst ratio.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that Hector is going to be running three Honda Civics with Spoon engines. And on top of that, he just came into Harry's and he ordered three T66 turbos with NOS.. and a Motec system exhaust.

This whole project gives idea about what technological stages Liberty Walk,Varis, Rocket Bunny and etc. bodykits are coming through to became a finished product. Front bumper is taken from E92 3 series or its custom piece? And a suggestion, you should at least cover metal surface in holes that you use for mounting fender flayers with primer. That will prevent bare metal from corrosion. Rubber inserts protects it most of the time, sure, but its better be safe than sorry.

holy moly, started a wide body fender project last year February, and it's been nearly a year and still not finished. Insane amount of work, so I decided to check for kits and you can get rear and front wide body fenders for a E46 M3 for $700 that are made out of urethane. Personally I prefer Poly Urethane over fiber glass any day of the year, but more than that, you could have just bought the wide body kit and molded your own design off those. Would have been much faster.
But I guess this way I am way more excited to see the finished product. Are you going to fill the fender screw hole?
