@@BHAARATOO7 “Innovation is the domain of original thinkers.” The world is always looking for fresh ideas and concepts that would bring a new experience to the buyers. That’s why people choose holidays in far flung places to clear their thoughts. An American may be proud to wear a shirt made in India, while an Indian make in turn would like an American one. This is a very natural human behavior. Homogeneity is not the primordial characteristic of a human being. Every human being is made special by Bhagavan. Every human is created unique with the most unique traits that make one special. Those traits become prominent in those communities which retain that original human potential for land. The colonized people, however, lose that unique human trait. Innovation & economic progress cannot happen in lands that are still enslaved by colonial mindset and especially those propagated by FBCs(Faith Based Colonialists).
bro, u could not be more true, people think say religious chants to each other is going to carry our country to the future, the deluded youth and the other adults brainwashing them, by encouraging war cries nowadays is sad, "Bharat mata ki jai" what does this really signify, absolutely nothing, patriotism is something, but our country and our people have taken it to such a point that, its the identity of the people and they ignore the actual concerns, instead of fixing other major concerns in our country our government loves to put up shows and create political drama and stir hate among communities, our country is only going to advance if our government is not a waste and actually wants to carry our country forward and does not starve for votes for aggressive religious communities.
And also busy comparing who's More Prosperous.....Than the Other neighbour & also within the family.....that mind set too, is also very self destructive !!!!! 🤔🤫

India must get rid of : 1. Corruption in Govt. 2. Communal polarisation. 3. Superstition. 4. Skewed education policy. Govt should implement: 5. Total tax holiday on R&D. 6. Drastic cut on Reservation policy in education. 7. Allow foreign universities to operate freely in India. 8. Bring down income tax for R&D employees. 7. Give bigger boost to corporates for R&D work. 8. Have a population policy. No political party talks about this. The population proliferation is happening more in the Reserved category as they get the sops, blessings and votes for the parties. It also triggers poor quality and gross indiscipline en masse. Sadly, this is one place, we have managed to beat China, our arch rival.
In my opinion: 1. Basic etiquettes and social awareness till standard 5 should be compulsory across all schools along with the usual curriculum. 2. Freedom to choose subjects of interest from standard 5 onwards should be available. 3. Interaction between colleges and institutes of repute across all streams of education should be encouraged. 4. Grading system and exams should be designed to develop critical thinking and technical skills as compared to rote learning. 5. Industry and academia interaction should not be limited only to occasional guest lectures from Industry persons. 6. Professors need to encourage students about current trends in their chosen stream of education instead of the standard way of going about their careers. There are many more but these are the ones which would be little useful
This is a very valid question...why TCS, Infosys, HCL etc Indian companies don't invest in building quality software products...the quick answer is our companies don't take risks like Google, Microsoft, Amazon does and only focus on stock price and profit margin...why...Indian service companies board of directors run by mostly old age bureaucratic minded money oriented persons...even if some CEOs want to take risks...board of directors generally don't approve the budget...they are only interested in hiring cheap labour, export service to the west and make money...we need new age companies run by young and fresh minds with risk taking appetite...
I started a startup in social media industry with original design, idea and philosophy. Even though US didn't give me visa, a Billionaire there actually showed some support. None of Indian CEOs, investors shows even the basic understanding of the concept. I even brought the prototype to market. Market understands it, it is open for adoption both in India and in west but there is no support. These Indian investors just keep patting their backs talking about RedBus, Paytm etc. Sir sir krwane ki aadat hai..
I moved overseas a couple of years ago. I am sorry to say this: we do not appreciate talent and hard work. To grow in Indian organizations, you need to be an excellent ball sucker.
Your open letter is highly relevant. My inner circle always emphasizes how the next two decades are crucial for India, but we can't solely rely on the youth factor. Clearly, we need a change in mindset at all levels, and your assessment is spot on. Kudos to you and your team for the right articulation. I hope this reaches a larger audience sooner.

Majority college graduate two countries: USA: I want to be best at programming, management, medicine and work for Google, Amazon or start business. India: I want to pass Government entrance exam and become central govt employee so I can make money without doing any work. India can never become super power. It cannot even become developed country in next 40-50 years. I say it because I was born in India and now a US citizen. I see both sides without any bias.
I agree, and the thing is people won't even accept the problems, so the solutions can't even be created. Most of the people will probably read this comment of yours and start berating you, and that's the major problem. People don't even have the individuality in them to analyse a situation and not bring patriotic bias into it, so realising that the country is NOT as good as we think it is, is impossible for them. Only if we recognise our shortcomings can we implement solutions to fix them, and I don't think our education system, or even our society in general is producing the kinds of people that can see things in this kind of way.
To emphasize how bad R&D sector is in India, I will give u an example. The fellowship for JRF was set to 31000 in 2017 and did not change even once for 6 years. In 2023 they increased it to only 37000 only 19%. While market inflation and salaries increased by about 60%. These researchers do all their hard work staying 12-14 hours a day in lab for the littlest amount of money possible. Government needs huge reforms in this R&D sector.
All govts want to spend on useless sops in India. Congress went on to offer 5000 per family in Andhra and you guess what they are seeing a wave of support there . Innovation, research are the luxuries. Only wealthy nations can afford it. (It doesn't mean india can't do this but not in the same level as western countries). Starving man can't think beyond the food. so India need to invest heavily into education, health care, transport, infrastructure and power generation along with this banking, bureaucracy and judiciary reforms are much needed. Once it done u will see exponential growth in science, technology, arts, literature, sports and overall HDI.

I am a student studying in South Korea, I came here to understand what made South Korea succeed in the same period of time as India. The points raised are completely valid, moreover, additionally the focus on the last part regarding social security is an underestimated factor for attracting talent. Moreover, completely agree towards the point that we should start accepting the problems which is indeed the first step towards solving the problem, instead of arguing or neglecting the real issues with the play of words, it will just keep us in delusion for longer.

and when they don't have any argument they talk about their parents leaving children. To that, I'd like to add that what've you achieved by giving birth to 5 children and still living in poverty?
Indians copied the Western education system but are teaching it with the method of rote learning. The result is in front of everyone to see. India has become a huge and cheap labour market for developed countries that are leading in innovation and technology.
Good to see this video - I am a radiologist and moved to US 13 years ago and recently started a You Tube channel in Telugu, My mother tongue - I am addressing the issues of education system here and there. And Yes agree - here the system is more about conceptual learning and not rote memorization. also focus on communication skills and writing skills.
Your parents and social structure were crucial to becoming successful in US. What would be your life if you were born to a single mother or abusive parents and growing up in dangerous neighborhood and low level schooling. Indians are only successful in US because we come from an excellent culture that cares about children and parents do put their children's needs and sacrifice their own wishes and needs. Have you seen that in Americans?
@@mastertech9680 Is this confusing question addressed to me or to the person who made the video? I do not think this video or my statements are about the sentiments or emotions about parenting and social structure (totally different topic). I am not a racist or cheap-minded to presume my culture is superior to others; culture and social structure are not static, they are dynamic. They vary from the industrialized world to the pre-industrialized world, like India. They also differ from closed collective cultures to open individualistic cultures - with a time of 100 to 200 years - and with more financial stability, education, and women's empowerment - most societies evolve into open and individualistic cultures. To answer your question - single moms and dangerous neighborhood kids are at risk in every culture and every country, not only in the US. We do not want to think along that line - as we all live with confirmation biases and want to compare a good example of our culture to a bad example of another culture (self-pleasing maneuvers). Most people from developing countries always try to work hard and prove themselves - that is common sense and not rocket science. The developing countries of the colonized world were even better due to the advantage of English. So - I did not understand your funny argument at all.
@MadeInAndhra-rk5mw Yes, I know you won't get it due to your American loyalty and inferiority of your own culture. I know many Indians in us are more Americans than even Americans. A simple fact that Indians don't want to accept is that they are just not successful because they are brilliant, but they have excellent parenting to begin with, therwise US offers the same opportunity to every other community and ethnicity.
@@garv1177 Hi are you asking about College systems or High School education - so far I have done research on High School education of three places - 1. India - Population vs Opportunities We are at a disadvantage, so we designed what is suitable for us, but we have to emphasize more on conceptual learning. 2. European - the education systems and schooling are better than US - but they prepare you less for college (what I heard) but better focus on STEM compared to USA 3. USA - I am seeing overall growth and evolution as citizens here. This is good - but a lot of issues with high school systems, lack of teachers, and STEM - it scores poor compared to all three

This actually is harsh reality. This is proven by the viewership of TVF's new series Sandeep Bhaiya. A person so bright and talented wastes 5-6 years of his life to become a government servant and people celebrate his failure. I am also one of the people who wasted 2 years of my life for a sarkari naukari and now after spending a decade in sarkari naukari I look back and tell myself, I could have done better. There is so much talent in this country being wasted in streets of old rajendra nagar and mukharjee nagar for no reason. Only 1% of the crowd will get the job but rest 99% are not failures, they could have done something much better with their lives instead of wasting their time and effort to get into a government job.
And the reason you chose Sarkari Naukri is because of stable life and not because you wanted to provide service to the nation. You deserve every inch of your failure because most people in government jobs don't do shit and don't care shit at all. They are all there to suck the money and live their lives in comfort while people out are dying out of hunger and diseases.
Constitution and political culture of india which promotes socialism is one of the main reasons And if you try to educate them that capitalism with welfare is good they will say "chup samvidhan virodhi manuvadi hamale babachaheb grt thay "
Nothing like that, but people think buisness men as rich fat man who makes his workers slaves and milk money from every opportunity just for sake of money they can do anything,(I mean to say first image that comes to mind) which is true so government has regulations to prevent that from happening.

Outstanding informative video to all primarily for youth 👍 Must Watch ☝️ What mistakes India is making in education, Tech Industry innovation, overall problems is very well analyzed and solutions is nicely explained. If India has to become great It should invest more in archeological survey of India. Unearth all the temples in the soil and build 3 crore temples for 3 crore gods
This is a very good video. Good insights into our problem areas. Also one more thing I want to add to this. The stipend for doing MTech in India is just 12500 rs per month. How can anyone expect to do anything with that kind of financial support ? Also a phd scholar just gets around 30000 rs monthly. These amounts need to be increased a lot to lure talents into research. Also private organisations are not getting the needed tax incentives on doing research. It’s almost as if make in India is devoid of research. A substandard IT professional at any leading MNC in India handling calls, doing Agile, dev ops having no idea about the academics of computation gets five times the salary of what a phd scholar earns
A research scholar here. I partially agree to your point that India must be paying well to their researchers. Recently they increased stipend to 37k and 42k. However if you compare living expenses in USA and India, stipend here is more viable than USA. The problem is mindset. Even if you increase the stipend amount, crowd will come here too, but for money not passion. The Indian social Idea of getting a stable job and marriage and all keeps people away from innovation. We need to fix this first.
@@nitinrichhariya3940 MTech stipend hasn't increased to 37K . it is still 12,400/- . I did check it in IISc website .I don't know where you have seen it. I have given GATE CS this year myself and have AIR-229. And in PMRF, only a handful cream of creams of the entire country is selected for 70K stipend. That is not enough. Money brings passion. When you can help ur family financially, then a big part of ur troubles end and your mind becomes calm and u get that drive to follow ur passion with full vigour. That is why money is very important in life. So i beg to differ on ur opinion that "Idea of getting a stable job and marriage" , yes i do have a problem with the word "Stable" since i am not for "Stable" jobs because i think it makes a person lazy and not innovative. But yes , good income leads to stable family, stable relationship, healthier heart and mind and more time for giving life to one's dreams of following the passion for research. So i think 50K a month for MTech RA and TA, and at least 80K for research scholars in any institution, 90K if they are from IISc or IITs. PMRF top rankers getting 70K should get 100K at least, given their superior level of talent. Salary of professors should also be increased.
@@angshukNagas an IITian myself , you are spot on bro. i cleared JEE back in 2019, did CSE from a new IIT. the research culture in india is just pathetic. but its not goverment fault, look at the major compankes here, infosys tcs etc. all of them are making their employees sit in front of computer and making them edit excel sheets, thats it. no rnd work at all.
@@newtanagmukhopadhyay4716 That's true. The whole system needs to change. TCS, Infosys are low risk medium gains type. Nobody in india wants to invest 50 years into the future. 12:29 Indian education from primary school till post graduate studies is mostly theory oriented, very little importance os given to practical training or physical development. Add to this a stifling business environment and a lack of law and order due to the crimininalisation of politics, there is very little incentive for starting business ventures. Our legacy of Nehruvian socialism which discouraged private enterprise and created an enormous and suffocating bureaucracy is still going strong, and the only people who are thriving are govt. employees and politicians. No wonder Indians who want to make a honest living in a peaceful environment are desperately trying to emigrate. Brain drain is better than brains going down the drain in our wonderful country dominated by babus and netas. The ever growing rates of gst/cst on almost all goods and services is crushing the poorest and most hard working people, those in the unorganised sector. We keep gloating over the fact that our GDP is rising, but in comparison with China which was poorer than India forty years has a GDP which is six times more than ours at present. We are very good at self delusion and burying our head in the sand, ostrich fashion to avoid facing reality.

This is a very natural human behavior. Homogeneity is not the primordial characteristic of a human being. Every human being is made special by Bhagavan.

Research takes time, there can absolutely be failures. There has to be systems to enable people with capital and intent to be willing to take risks and not be afraid of the fall.
This is the truth.Delivered diplomatically.
Fact check : indias polygon matic tech is used by the world for blockchain 😂
You are right bro 😂😂
The founders moved to dubai, and also said polygon is not an Indian entity, he said the policy inconsistency and over all environment in India wasn't suitable for growth, which turned out to be true after the dumb taxation rule last year.
Sir you are true and there are some ideas in my mind and I'll turn them into reality
( And this comment is for me)
12:29 Indian education from primary school till post graduate studies is mostly theory oriented, very little importance os given to practical training or physical development.

People don't come into the streets hearing privatization. The fact of the matter is the Indian government doesnt actually privatize properly. Instead of improving competition, it pours money into large business magnets resulting in the destruction of small companies. People protest because the government has lost peoples trust that privatization would be done I a way to ensure competition.
This is the most misleading video I've ever watched. Down voting accordingly
