As I mentioned, I forgot to plug in my printer while making the order. So I contacted laser@inkchip.net and info@inkchip.net. Oh boy! They worked their tails off to help me out. 100% satisfied customer!
Thanks! I got mine from eBay. I spent a good $115 then found out it doesn't have a cartridge. To buy a cartridge, I found a "for parts" printer for $50. It turns out the "for parts" printer works fine (the one I used in the video). So I have one cartridge and two printers. LOL.
I have my 13 years old hp laserjet 1020 printer that doesn't has any chip in toner cartridge. I have refilled it numerous times and it still runs great. But now I am shaken by the fact that modern laser printers have page counter chip on them.
That's amazing! My friend got the last version of the Dell laser printer (before Dell stops producing it). The toner cartridge is still $7. I don't understand why Xerox charges $75 for the same capacity of cartridges.
Just did this to a xerox b210, worked flawlessly. I was mid print job when the toner showed it was empty, but all my prints were still crisp. Getting extra pages is always worth it. Now I need get some replacement toner. Is all black toner the same, or is there a difference between brands?

Thank you for your wonderful and explanatory videos. I bought a second hand epson xp-2105 the other day. Not sure if this was a good decision. It was out of cartridge and I haven't been able to test it yet. I'm going to reset the original cartridges and fill ink. (As in your video). I will print 100 pages in exactly 1 month. Is there a model you can recommend me? Is what I have enough? I don't want to fill ink all the time and mess around. Thank you. 🖐️
I will check out the printers that can be turned into chipless (inkchip.net/soft/). Your XP-2105 is on the list. Otherwise, I will be looking for an EcoTank.
I bought a aftermarket toner refill and I tried to make the whole and aluminum tape it did exactly what the video suggested at the exact point but somehow when I put it back in the machine it was leaking from where the toner would come out on to the drum so I'm thinking maybe some of these aftermarket cartridges won't allow you to refill it?

I did drop one of them tiny screws lol I'm scared to take whole printer apart. I now. have 3 workforce 3640 because I'm not skilled like u are fixing them lol
@@LuvRainKinnyaani What is the error code? There is no "new" printhead. All of them are refurbished. Some of them are of higher quality and sold as new. It may not be your fault, just a malfunctioning printhead.

chipping a printer like that is almost criminal, it should be illegal

You can turn the config page print off, from the settings dropdown menu on the printer.

You may need to clean the blade. This happens to old cartridges.
