Easy to find bond and CCD Maint fee, fire assessment fee, etc. Just go to the County tax appraiser's site in which the home is located. Look up the property by address and you can find owner's information, along with past tax bills, bonds, etc.

Thank you Gary! You answered a lot of my questions! I found the bond for the home I was interested it in and it was over 44K! Way to rich for my blood! So I guess I will look at less expensive homes. Also thank you for explaining the assessment and the CDD fees, lots to consider when purchasing a new home.

Any idea how to find bond info for hacienda hills new courtyard villas. The area should be in district 1 but they are 20 or so new homes not yet built.
Yes ! Very interested too. Also bond on the new Courtyard Villa's being built in Richmond.
If the Villages is building them they will get posted when they are about 90 percent built. Unless some are available as lots that you can purchase and design your home on it. My recommendation is to contact a Villages agent. Mine agent was Suzanne Premo, Licensed Real Estate Professional

I heard that there is a long waiting list for those villas.
I just looked up the houses and none of of them had discounts
