These are almost IMPOSSIBLE to come by now and I lucked out and found a seller on the west coast of the United States that had a couple for sale but there are none left at this time.
always have shipping seperate, if they want a return you have to refund the shipping you payed for you loose money including shipping but it doesnt stop there ebay takes 10% of sale price and paypal takes 5% so your 15% down if you include shipping you pay 15% on that aswell so your really down including shipping never include shipping
