it kinda matches the overall vibe of the watch , these are actual screws tho.. and referring to brands who get them aligned, AP royal oak just has threaded nuts which fit neatly and immovably into the perfectly hexagonal holes in the bezel.
Its all down to the thread start point in the case relative to the screws thread start point which would have to be relative to the screw driver slot. Are you bored yet lol ?. Ok so now lets imagine all of this married up. Every screw would have to be tightened up to exactly the same torque, on a thread pitch so tiny the slightest difference in torque would throw the slots out of line. @@BowlOfSalmon Just check on WUS how often this movement fail in Zodiac watches. Some people just swapped it on SW200 in their watches. Also I find prices on this movements maybe 5 years ago & they was pretty cheap, maybe 30% of Sellita price. I don't know maybe Fossil made this movements in China or not regulated them, not sure.
Lovely video. Nice to hear from a new (to me) brand. Love the look of the watch. The cost is a bit high given competition in the price area, e.g. CW with a bracelet
I have an tiffany blue dial watch, I want change its strap with a nato strap but confused about color of strap. Can you recommend something. And by the way love your videos
Great looking watch! $1900 is a bit steep without a bracelet, but it's what I paid for my Oris Aquis a couple of years. The Oris has an unregulated movement and not nearly as much attention to detail as this watch has. Plus, nothing else looks like this watch. The design is one of a kind. I am a little hesitant about the STP movement, but, if it's been examined by a watch maker, then it gives me a bit more confidence. BTW, my Oris now sells for $2500. $600 increase in two years. That makes $1900 for this watch look like a bargain.

It looks great - but seems a little pricey given the other benchmarks in this range (CW, Yema, Baltic) and no bracelet.
Those guys have the “scale of things” behind them so I understand the pricepoint yet I also understand your pov
