The best eggs from Walmart are from a brand called Handsome Brooks Farm, its organic pasture raised, and it much cheaper than other other organic pasture raised I’ve found in the market.
Handsome pasture raised are really good. I get them at shoprite for sometimes $9 how much are they are Walmart ? I didn't know they carried them. The yokes really yellow so that's proof they're good.

I love HEB! When I visit my relatives in Houston I always go with my cousin to go grocery shopping in HEB and that's their favorite too. I just wish they could branch out so we can enjoy it here in AZ.
My parents used to live in Texas, they have both passed away. The last time hubby and I were there to see them before my Mom passed, we went to HEB. Hubby called it heeb. I said what? He said heeb, the grocery store. LOL I explained the HEB and what it stood for.
Erithrotol has been known to cause heart pulpiltations. I can attest to that. I used it in my Hersey chocolate cake recipe. I definitely was feeling my heart flip flop. I used a Bobby approved sweetner purchased at Costco. I avoid it at all costs now!
I get my meat from Good Ranchers It is from ranchers in America, pure and delicious and the best I’ve ever tasted, and it’s worth every penny and they sent it to you you place your orders is wonderful

I’ll look into that. We’ve a farmer that does local meat that I want to look into first here in TN. I believe in animals that are humanely raised and humanely killed. If you stress an animal at the time of their death, you have a flood of epinephrine and norepinephrine and cortisol - plus often there’s loss of bladder and bowel control which is what your meat is getting marinated in - so even if you don’t believe in treating animals with humane care - there’s plenty of reason to treat these animals who are giving up their lives for us.
Thought it was the most ridiculous & unhealthy thing (based on what we've all been taught/'fed', literally) all these years. My friend kept saying, "30 days will change your mind... 1 month, what do you have to lose other than to SEE what it feels like for yourself". I laughed, no fkng way. WELL... she finally convinced me to do 30 day trial of "BBBE". As much as you want/need, whenever you need & in whatever form you want. Eat Beef, butter, bacon, eggs. Use a quality (pink himalayan or celtic) salt & drink water. I still had 1 cup of coffee, but only added a splash of a clean heavy cream & 1pkt splenda. Basically low/no sugar or carb. No fruits, no vegetables, animal based. Did it, honestly, just to prove my friend wrong. Here I sit, 16 months later still doing it. After about 6 mos I added other meats + a little seafood & cheese here & there. Still all animal based/super low carb/sugar. The difference CANNOT be explained. You mention GI issues, well.. digestion, couldn't be more perfect. Now, zero issues. No meds, no nothing. Mental clarity, quality of sleep (have had a diagnosed sleep disorder for 2 decades... mysteriously gone) improved greatly, energy, inflammation gone, no bloating, no anything. All craving for sugar/carbs, gone. Normal blood sugars in double digits (don't think they've EVER been before) normal bloodwork... it's nuts. That food pyramid is upside down & imho & from my own experience, wow... shines a big light & question on what's being put in our "foods". Purposely addictive, purposely keep you wanting, craving & above all... BUYING. Bad things that make us sick, needing more & more medications, more healthcare. It's like we've been putting diesel fuel in our gas powered engines! For the first time, I haven't even had as much as a cold in the 16 months so far. Never felt better, ever... & only wish I had known this way sooner in life. 30 days.. nothing to lose & save a crap ton of money at the store too!!!!!!!
I'm pregnant I toast 2 pieces of Daves, add peanut butter and then sliced banana on top and sprinkle some chia seeds on it! It keeps me full so much longer through lunch and keeps me from snacking in between meals. Love that bread!

I do a lot of comparison shopping. I have found that, since Covid, Walmart prices have increased a lot. Cross reference their prices with Costco and even Amazon before assuming they’re always the cheapest.

No, "grass fed and finished" is not the same as "organic grass fed and finished"; while "grass fed and finished" refers to a cow that has eaten only grass throughout its life, "organic grass fed and finished" means the cow has eaten only organic grass throughout its life, and additionally, was raised without antibiotics, hormones, or synthetic pesticides, as per USDA organic standards.
If you look at the study done it wasn’t a double blind experiment which is what it should have been plus you need more than 20 volunteers! Geez! Before you can actually draw any true conclusions there should have been a placebo (there was none) and you’d need a much larger scope of experiment!

Sam's Club has 100% grass feed organic beef 85/15% for $4.98. You do have to buy 3 lbs. To get more fat I add tallow to "fatten" the meat.

@christianjames92 It does matter, almonds are one of the most heavily sprayed crops. Pesticides are absorbed by the roots, leaves and stems. Pesticides are lipophilic and they accumulate in foods that are high in fat like nuts.

No, "grass fed and finished" is not the same as "organic grass fed and finished"; while "grass fed and finished" refers to a cow that has eaten only grass throughout its life, "organic grass fed and finished" means the cow has eaten only organic grass throughout its life, and additionally, was raised without antibiotics, hormones, or synthetic pesticides, as per USDA organic standards.

If you look at the study done it wasn’t a double blind experiment which is what it should have been plus you need more than 20 volunteers! Geez! Before you can actually draw any true conclusions there should have been a placebo (there was none) and you’d need a much larger scope of experiment!
