Appraisal is a big terminology being used to assess the performance of employees , either doctors in the NHS or the nurses.
L2P system of appraisal is used in the NHS England both NHS doctors and NHS nurses. This L2P appraisal looks scary but honestly speaking it’s self explanatory.
After personal details, you have to enter your inputs including Scope of work in the NHS, previous appraisals, Personal development plans PDPs, Continuous professional development CPD, Multi source feedback MSF, achievements in NHS, appraisals meeting and appraisals report.
I have also tried to explain how you can get CPD points using internal teaching in NHS, by ALS course, ECG Ultrasound X-ray course.
This appraisal is one of the basic pillars of you NHS job after clearing interview for NHS jobs and story starts with OET then PLAB 1 and ends to PLAB2 followed by GMC registration.
You can also mention your audit in the NHS, poster presentation of audit and a lot more.

Aoa bahi, can u guide me how long should a candidate stay in the UK after PLAB 2 exam, some people say to not stay more than 3-4 month on a 6 month standard visit visa, but I couldn't find the evidence. I am asking in regards to next visa application for the job
