Pre-orders worsen the supply problem every retailer is experiencing right now. If you're getting fewer items than what you actually ordered, does it make sense to set a pre-order?

For me personally, I wouldn't mind waiting a little longer for a pre-order to come in.
Great video, tring to order on a video day is hard so random lol, but to be honnest i dont see that RG Wing at be boneyard at all , my take is if you have to fiddle with box just to see it then its not boneyard, only part box wise i care about is the main cover box art, i use those for wall art for my boys room, as for that little mesh thing i been like meh ... i wouldnt have said anything and just used a small rubber hose, its cool that you did what you did, side note the turn table no box is that a bone yard item or what, any plans for it, the non broken one lol, even that broken one wouldn't be a hard fix for me.
You can probably order/buy a whole roll of the red mesh sleeve at a craft store.
Finding boneyard items in stock is like finding a unicorn in the forest.

yeah, i think not having pre orders kinda gets people to order from different sites, like I don't wanna say names, but one of your competitors got private warehouse recently and they offer pre orders. so not having pre order might make you lose some business, I've personally slowed down on pre orders in general and start targeting low stock gunpla or rare kits

That's fair, thank you! You said you were going to answer my question more in-depth in an upcoming video! I can imagine it's pretty annoying having multiples of us ask the same question everyday. I didn't even consider that. I co-own and help run a MTG shop but I do like nothing on the business side, I appraise TCG singles and handle all that nerd stuff like FNM and Pre-release ect. ( we do Pokemon, YuGiOh, Flesh and Blood and others as well as DnD and board games ) Your shop and UA-cam channel has really inspired me to harass everyone at my workplace to get on board with making a youtube channel and start making videos!!
I built a Stark Jegan (think I ordered it from you guys too like a year or two ago...) It's an alright kit.... The leg armor doesn't stay on the best....

For what its worth, I don't mind crazy long pre orders on unique things like perfect grade unleashed. If I just wait for stock to show up and sit around I fully expect it to be another year or two before I can get it. But there was another company that had some people cancel their pre orders and let you buy their slot, with the understanding that you're buying now but waiting gods know how long. I wound up doing that because even though ill be waiting for who knows how long, at least I know it will EVENTUALLY get here. But I wouldn't really do that with any other kit to be honest, its just that I know that one is in SUCH high demand.
I would love for Preorders to go up because there is a Gundam I am looking to preorder. Maybe do a small amount like the amount of what a case would be approx 15-20? I understand if you don't I will still wait to see if I can order from you. Looking forward to more videos. Finally got my PG Unleashed will be asking to get it shipped out once the new sticker is out.
Pre orders a disaster across the board, games workshop has had some big mishaps with pre order allocations

Why don't you get one of those small carts that you tend to see in laundry mats, that turns on a dime. It might be easier to do pulls for orders with one. Just a thought.

Why dont u use bubble wrap inside the cardboard box? It definitely can protect the gunpla box inside it, Does that not mandatory in Canada? Or is it to reduce the cost of shipping?

Edit: Even Japan got hit by Gunpla shortage. I don't buy many gunpla nowadays I collect more Kotobukiya's musume line more.
