I love hearing you talk about your childhood because it was also mine lol I watched the same shows and I remember there was Teletoon but then there was Teletoon at Night literally all they called it and there was literally cartoon boobies some times. I was a young teenager wanting to stay up late because that basic cable had all kinds of hidden treasures if you knew where to look.

When shipping sites are down. I advice to pack orders write on the box the order number, last name and shipping details. Once site is back up you can just tackle the shipping in one go. This is what I do when internet is down and/or shipping site down.

I work at a pizzeria and I had a similar situation happen I basically called the number that they gave me cuz I felt something was wrong and I got a this number is not in service so I basically put it to the side if the customer called and said Hey where's my order I'll be like I'm very sorry I tried contacting you I'll make it right now and send it out and the order was like $130 and after 2 hours i cancelled it. the only advice i can give is if something feels wrong trust your gut. and the show with the goo was UH-OH

Definitely Telatoon and YTV, I remember watching DBZ and Gundam on those channels, when I was even younger they had the original Dragon Ball on Fox around 6 - 7 am on Saturdays before YTV aired DBZ.

Unlike most kids in North America, I didn't get into anime via tv. I watched DBZ as a kid, but I didn't become a true anime fan until my first year of high school when I got high speed internet and started downloading fansubs of Evangelion and Tenchi Muyo

I'm assuming the damages are from forklifts poking into boxes... could be some novice forklift operator not experienced enough or careless

The customer is responsible of what happens to the package, so next time they should have some place from where needs to b to drop and secure. I admire that you went above and beyond and send him/her a new package, but you should also be careful that this is not a scam that they're trying to pull off from you. You should notify any future customers about different methods of shipping for them to choose and how they want their package been delivered.

I was surprised that my incident was mentioned first (stolen from home)! I've bought from Patrick a bunch of times before and my experiences have been excellent. Shipping gets here very quickly, each time the package was left in a way where it was away from the road and hidden. The courier at the shipping company might've been very busy and they left it in a different location than normal. A million things could've happened. But, I'm very grateful that I was able to talk to Patrick about the issue. Because I know the store is reputable, I would've rebought the items if it came to it. His acceptance of the loss on this order really says alot about his business, wanting to make sure the customer is looked after. I really hope this does not become more common since it really is a headache. At the end of the day, the shipping company did their job (get the thing to my house), the bank would shrug off my order because it WAS completed so chargebacks aren't possible. Normally the package arrives before I leave for work, this was during the time I had left (Not that the shipping company knows that). For orders after this incident, I've noted to tell the shipping company to place the package in a different place and there's been no more problems after that. Might also add to get a signature / answer at the door or try to deliver at certain times when I'm home as special instructions as well to avoid future problems. I apologize for this happening because you are out some stock for the incident. Thanks to Patrick, and I hope to buy gunpla again soon.

Pat, you went above and beyond what was needed. Ultimately, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is secure. This is why I leave instructions not to door drop my packages as I have lobby looters in my area.

Definitely not you. They should had have a safe drop area. If it's stolen call the cops. Get a camera installed. You lose your money you don't go to the bank and ask for it back.

technically the shipping company because the didn't hand it directly to the customer . ill also point to the local police/government for not dealing severely with crime. but unfortunately its the customer that's getting final blame this is what p.o boxes are for. a surrogate to receive in your stead.

So I'll be blunt I work for Fedex Express not ground we are different. Since there is proof of delivery, it's on the customer accountability for grabbing their package. If they know their area isn't delivery safe or sketchy then they should've chosen an option to sign for it or hold somewhere else. What you did was nice as a company even though it wasn't your responsibility after it got shipped and delivered. But this is my two cents on the matter. Cheers mate. Love you videos btw.

Its a shitty situation, definitely, but it ain't your responsibility! And it isn't the shippers responsibility either. If you order over 150 dollars of.. Anything, and you have no way to receive it and choose to just have it dropped on your porch, which is accessible to anyone, then the buyer is taking that risk. It doesn't matter if they hide it in a good spot because if someone spots a delivery driver going to your house, there is guaranteed chance that the package is somewhere there. It's always baffled me how They deliver packages on your porch in America, it's like inviting people to take your stuff.

You can offer insurance for packages especially for high value packages like private warehouse. The insurance will be with the shipping company.

shipping companies wont do anything, card companies wont do anything, usually its the company that usually pays for it. unless stated otherwise that they arent responsible once shipped.

It's why something big&expensive to get it delivered to the local Canada Post office like inside Shoppers Drugmart if it won't fit inside the community mail box. So Canada's fairly safe to leave your package just outside the door but obviously it's different in the US as there's youtube videos that had Amazon delivery&took a photo and even as the Amazon delivery driver was just leaving, there's a couple of porch pirates jumping the fence and fighting over the delivered items.

i think you went above and beyond in the stolen box. If he got the order in good shape and it was photographed by the shipper in good shape on his door step its on the customer. Now the 2nd example of where you lost a particular item in your warehouse i feel it's on you to find a replacement for that particular item. I know that I'm very specific on my items... I'd be super upset if an item i had my heart set on got lost it might not be available later due to it being sold out.
