I hate when your villagers just barge in your house while you just wanna make some changes in your home or just chill, pretty annoying makes me wish they didn’t added it, if only they could just make it just like how new leaf did where your villager asks you permission if they could come over as they give you an option to set a time for them to arrive
Don’t kill the cockroaches. The villagers will leave immediately. As long as you don’t need to care about your score, you can have a pet that actually moves.

A method to get things without chasing: do the slow drifting motion over the target, then dive and spam. You can catch the hardest things much easier this way. If you do the regular speed over the target it will speed up to avoid you. Sneaking very slowly by just pushing the left joy stick in the direction you need works.
Another one(I never experienced it but in theory it could happen) : Getting the rarest deep sea creature(gigas giant clam) but your pockets are full and you have no other deep sea creatures so it gets released, I would be pissed
well going in the sea with you pockets full is not smart but yeah WHY CAN WE RELEASE FISH ON THE GROUND BUT NOT EVEN A FLOWER OR A PIECE OF WOOD IN THE SEA, JUST SEACREATURES?!?!?

- When your favorite villager wear your chosen costume only once and displayed in their house forever, untouched… - Also same villager contagious unfitting catchphrase from others behind your back. - Villagers try asking you delivery gift to another villager , 90% is inappropriate costumes. - Also said latter villager wear those unfitting costumes do Naruto-run roaming on your island proudly.
You forgot the one where my friend got a new Switch, and accidentally deleted her 600+ hour island during transfer because the island transfer is a SEPARATE thing for SOME reason!?!?!?!? She quit animal crossing after that.....
Yeah, this sums up my Animal Crossing life alright. If you want, I recommend the Happy Home Paradise struggles. For instance: The camera is going around your finished room and you can't see your client because they are behind a room divider. 😆

Pockets were full and there was nothing I could "release" like a bug. You can't drop anything in the town square. So the first tarantula I caught I had to release him...
The part where you accidentally erased the custom rock flooring was too relatable. I DESPISE the fact that that’s even possible. It’s my biggest pet peeve with custom designs.

When you want to give your villagers their daily gift, but they're sitting and doing smth against it requires very specific circumstances. I could add a TON more, but they're all related to my Joy Cons drifting
I played Animal Crossing Wild World back in 2005 when I was young. I think one of the things I find annoying is when you are going around your town doing things, every 5 or 10 minutes a villager would come running towards you to get your attention. Thankfully they toned that down over the years. I just want to fish, catch bugs, and run around my town in peace for a while.
When the game refuses to interact with what you point at, and instead will slide your character 2 blocks away during the animation just to screw you over
worst one is when you go to destroy like an incline and the option to keep it is first so naturally youll accidentally press it if u arent paying attention and then u need to go through the whole process again to destroy😭
Another pain:this pain is probably not on new horizons player/post wild world player but when you try to get a new fossil, you keep getting "seismo hip" and not other fossils
My mom had this case with "ugly" villager. She talked to one she had in tent and he didn't want to disappear the next day. That "ugly" bear was there for few days until she invited him

The tool breaking has gotten to a point where I'm nervous every time the little zoom in animation happens after digging up a fossil.

yea wisp is kinda scary because tarantula's/scorpions can be out around that time, so running around with a net trying to find wisp pieces is a risk
