I couldn't imagine being a severe alcoholic. I was addicted to painkillers in my early 20's. Bought them off a guy who knew a guy who had cancer, and he was over prescribed dozens of different pain meds. Times have changed, and they have cracked down on doctors doing this. My point is that I went to many NA and AA meetings, and I felt bad for the severe alcoholics the most. When you're addicted to narcotics, burning the bridges that supply them to you is the first step, and when you become sober or off the drugs, it's becomes easy to avoid drug dealers. Alcoholics on the other hand, can't avoid their "dealers." Liquor stores are everywhere. Commercials and advertising for alcohol are unavoidable. I haven't touched a hard drug ( I smoke medical marijuana) since 2011.
Reminds me of myself at the start of last year, and I'm so lucky that my other issue of caring probably an unhealthy amount about what other people think of me made me cut back a load before I got to this point. Hope he gets some help for this because what nearly happened to me scares me
I was also an alcoholic for a month or two recently. Was unemployed, had a ton of money saved. It was a nice little break from reality, chillin at the house gaming like i was 15 again...but with booze 😅 Back to reality!
im sorry but the phrasing of putting them in assistive living and saying they cant be trusted making decisions after talking about their disability is setting off so many alarm bells in my head. the dudes in a bad place, stuck in an abusive work environment and a cycle of substance abuse; he needs a lifeline and maybe a push to reach for it. when an able person is in a similar situation, they get to retain some agency in that process (and being an active part of escaping that cycle is part of making lasting change). youve immediately jumped to taking that agency away, and citing ability as the reason. being disabled in any way does make things like addiction or workplace abuse more difficult, but jesus christ dude the wording just actually makes my skin crawl.

The gaging is his lever saying no more
Fell off hubbie
This guy is drinking himself to death and not much can be done and it is just depressing.
Reminds me of myself at the start of last year, and I'm so lucky that my other issue of caring probably an unhealthy amount about what other people think of me made me cut back a load before I got to this point.
Hope he gets some help for this because what nearly happened to me scares me
10:05 he read something horrific on the other monitor
8:41 is spot on; this man is not able to take care of himself at all, and his enabler is walking him to a slow death by pickling.
hey this is about me isnt it.
"He is becoming a secret alcoholic, he has to hide how much he drinks"
Oh sweetie no, every alcoholic hides how much they drink
Josh's manager is probably a leech on his previous life.
I was also an alcoholic for a month or two recently. Was unemployed, had a ton of money saved. It was a nice little break from reality, chillin at the house gaming like i was 15 again...but with booze 😅
Back to reality!
im sorry but the phrasing of putting them in assistive living and saying they cant be trusted making decisions after talking about their disability is setting off so many alarm bells in my head.
the dudes in a bad place, stuck in an abusive work environment and a cycle of substance abuse; he needs a lifeline and maybe a push to reach for it. when an able person is in a similar situation, they get to retain some agency in that process (and being an active part of escaping that cycle is part of making lasting change). youve immediately jumped to taking that agency away, and citing ability as the reason.
being disabled in any way does make things like addiction or workplace abuse more difficult, but jesus christ dude the wording just actually makes my skin crawl.
womp womp. nobody needs to cushion you or anyone else from reality.
the kid needs assisted living. no amount of sugarcoating will change that.
we should call you sloppenheimer because you never fail to drop big bombs of slop on us all
it's not sad that nash is ebegging, it's hilarious.
"Can't hide aloholism." Check out the term 'functioning alcoholic'
its a sad situation but i cant stop hearing the chocolate grandma from spongebob whenever he talks
I love this autobiographical content! Keep up the good work Pyro!
Withdrawals are terrifying. My dad when he attempted to quit was literally seeing Demons.
open wide here comes our slop 🐷
I thank my liver for basically forcing me to never become an alcoholic, because I literally cant process it
Bro I’m 22 and ruined a lot of things in my life cause alcohol. It’s not worth it good job!!
I only drink cheap vodka because it keeps me from becoming an alcoholic. The rebound is nasty, alcohol sucks. I vaporize bud instead
pyro fell off

He definitely did I remember too it happened whenever that weird furry shit came out about him

Thank you for this video. As a recovering alcoholic, last night I was having a lot of urges to go back to drink but this made me remember the absolute madness of drink.
He starts at 11am? What a lightweight. Unless ofc he wakes up at 11am.
Josh gon' become demoman
An absolute slopper
My bio dad was an alcoholic, unfortunately he didn't survive his addiction and passed away at 33 (20 years ago..)
And now my fear is becoming an alcoholic,i like an occasional drink, but don't go overboard..

i live really close to him, he used to love walking in my neighborhood and going to the local train station. it was very crazy to see him recently, hope he gets better soon.

25 minutes of pyro trying to explain to us why he 100% totally never fell off
Here before the "fell off" comments
I'm sorry to inform you, you were not
It’s legit just a majority of the the comments.
You failed in this, fell off
there's at least 4 "fell off" comments before you
You look very alive in this video like you didn't just spend 20 days researching a game and breaking down it's lore good on you
I've seen what alcohol does to people firsthand and I've just made the decsion to never touch it. You just risk a crippling addiction for absolutely no gain.
lol classic zoomer brain rot nonsense
