hello friends
here is a very healthy and special Dosa recipe for you..! Vadai Dosa
this can be your breakfast or dinner.. any chutney will be suitable for this..
just try and enjoy the taste..!
Ingredients:-
Raw rice - 1 cup
Ponni or any Parboiled rice - 1 cup
black gram - 1/4 cup
green gram - 1/4 cup
toor dal or split chickpeas - 1/4 cup
shallots - 10 to 12 nos
cumin seeds - 1tsp
pepper - 2 tsp
asafoetida - 3/4 tsp (powder)
red chilly - 2 nos
salt
grated coconut - 1 cup
Onion - 1 no
green chilly - 3 nos
ginger - 1" pc
curry leaves
Coconut oil
Sugar - 1 1/2 tsp - Навчання та стиль

Real good. Please try adding one or 2 teaspoons of methi seeds when rice and lentils are soaked. You will see the difference.

Indians please the traditional recipes as it is. Fermentation is one of the healthiest step which is necessary for healthy gut. Which means no autoimmune diseases. So do not look for quick recipes but healthy ones. Even if fermentation is not necessary, go ahead and ferment all dosa batters to get benefits from good bacteria and also fermentation reduces the lectins present in most grains.

@Sangycappu...once in a while we can have non fermented dosa like rava dosai, persarattu paruppu adai etc...Will not cause any harm unlike having Parathas, noodles and other fast food items...
