From what I get from one of the spanish creators nominated, they were sent an email with an invitation to the awards, if she was not informed of this, it's on hololive cause pretty sure they're the ones who manage the mails. Also I believe that people will not even pay attention to this award, it's one of those awards that they give out fast, without giving it much screentime or hype.
