The fact that this species has evolved into a system where both parents share the responsibility of raising their newborn equally is impressive. Mutual co-operation is how they have manage to thrive and more importantly survive in such a harsh and unforgiving landscape.

I love that no chicks are left alone . Even if the mother dies and father leaves the chick other penguin will immediately adopt the chick.

This is untrue. Penguin have an extreme parental extinct, and penguin who failed to breed will indeed fight over abandoned chicks. But these adoption attempt are never successful. The lack of a strong bond and more importantly the lack of a partner to watch the chick while they hunt means orphaned chicks almost always die.
