Awesome video. A minor point, and I could be wrong, but I don't think weighted calf raises would help train for toe hooks. Your calves activate most when you're pushing something away with your toes. A toe hook involves pulling in the opposite direction, so an effective exercise would be a weighted bat hang on a pull up bar.
