it's easy to blame yourself for certain losses but that's about the most unproductive thing. I can find myself caught in that similar cycle. my brother passed away back in april (very close to when u posted this!) i picked the first deck bc his favorite colors were black and red and yeah… it was sudden. he kept saying “i need to get out” and now i know he meant way more than just getting out of the house but since he’s passed i knew he didn’t want any of us to cry and be heartbroken… that’s inevitable tho lol. anyways overall this was a very good reading that i didn’t know i needed. thankyou so much shaina

Pile 3 is about my cat. I do feel a bit guilty about feeling happy that I have less responsibility now. He was sick, I had to make him special food that slow cooked, it took so much time and was super expensive. He would just pee everywhere because he had no control of his bladder in the end. He was full of fleas and it was Neverending. He was my best friend though. And yes I needed him more than I thought I did, he forced me to get shit done because he needed to eat and I needed to clean up pee lol. I kind of disengaged emotionally because I knew that his death would emotionally destroy me. So all the themes you picked up on were correct but it's my cat lol. Also, I'm dead sure we had past life stuff to sort through with each other. The whole thing felt very karmic for a relationship with a pet if that makes sense. Idk. Maybe I'm being delulu.

Pile 2. My husband died 3 years ago at 39 years old. He overdosed. I miss him and blame myself for a lot.
