Great video and review. I find that with mine the AKA gels are not hard enough and have feeding issues. Also many just exploded upon shooting. Works better with the Ausgel Ultras.
Great vid , I’d like to see a vid after you’ve added some more of your expertise. Having someone like you doing r&d before everyone shells out their money would be good . It would be interesting to know what the people converting (we all know the intended projectile) these things are doing before we get them here. Don’t importers get to use these with gels and make sure they work before ordering hundreds ? .Maybe it doesn’t work like that .❤️🇦🇺❤️✌🏻✌🏾✌️
Yep 113mm P1 barrel was a easy fit into my GE 1911 A1. Just needs a couple of notches dremelled in the chamber end. Roll the plastic barrel along a flat surface and you'll see how bent they are. Shoots nicer with the alloy barrel.
I have the exact same gbb but mine actually shoots 7mm bb pallets better than gel balls, the difference in acc , n pain is on another level, I think mine works more like an airsoft, I jst need stronger follower springs for the bbs.. What type of propane can I use , any type??
Thank you for the review mate. I bought the 3305 GM1911 from Ihobby and absolutely love the thing. Golden Eagle Blasters are very dry from manufacture.. needs lot's of lube. I run C02 and it definitely has a big kick to it. My XTP is much more gentle on the gels I'll add. I bought an extra mag and agree that the spring is FAR to stiff and shreds gels too often. case in point when you flick the spring and feeder @16:36 onward... the small stopper tab actually breaks off. It did on both my mags and am looking at modding both to stop that from happening. really thinking of cutting the mag springs or wiring them so they are shorter. Any ideas of a softer spring that's easily available?

I recently bought the similar model (Golden Eagle 2011 3304T Metal Gas Powered Gel Blaster HI CAPA 5.1 (TAN)) and had exactly the same issue that the mag doesn't feed well at all. Should I just replace the overly stiff mag spring or I should do sth else to fix it? tks in advance!
@@BradleyPhillipsYT That's always something to try. Or keeping the spring compressed for a while until it looses some strength. I don't actually have the blaster, though I was thinking of getting something similar. Maybe you can do a video on your GE 3325 if it has the same issue. Though it uses the other skinny mag type I think, so maybe it won't.

I dremeled out the feed lips, as well as inside down the feed tube a tiny bit.. made a huge difference, feeds perfectly now
I APPLIED SAME TECHNIQUE N NOW MINE CAN FEED 7MM BB PALLETS , BUT I BROKE ME FEED LIPS

I have the Wells 1911 and I had to put in a softer spring..now I get 280/320 fps and no feeding issues
what spring did you use man?

Replace mag spring on ge mag with a spring from double bell mag.
The gels that come with the blaster are harder than akas ...and work better ...

Who’s the best gel blaster channel on the choobs?
The Tokyo Marui pistols work better. But still the spring is the main issue. In pretty much all of them.
Good vid as always. I wish you could've swapped the mag spring for the softer one though, just to see if that's enough to fix the problem.

Sounds like you've never seen a real pelican case.
And that gun is intended for CO2 as well as green, so it will work fine with it.
Yeah I have many real pelican cases. Im just not used to cheap toys being in quality cases.
