    Ingredients :
    Milk powder(not dairy whitener) 1.5 cups or 150 gms
    Milk 3/4th cup
    Sugar 1/2 cup
    Ghee 2 tb sp
    Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp(optional)
    Method:
    At first combine milk powder and milk in a nonstick kadai. Make a lump free mix, to this add sugar and mix once.
    Place this on a stove and switch on the flame. Cook on medium flame for 5-10 minutes while stirring continuously.
    At this stage add 1 tb sp ghee and cardamon powder and cook again on low flame.
    Approximately after 15 minutes of cooking you start noticing the mix leaving bottom and making a lump. Switch off the flame and transfer it to a plate which is greased with ghee. Let it cool down for sometime.
    Knead the dough well and start making peda of your desired shape by applying ghee on to your palm. You can add pistachio, dried rose petals or badam while shaping pedas.
    Let them cool down completely before tasting.because when hot they're chewy.
    you can store them for 3-4 days outside and for a week inside fridge.
