Nice video. Thanks for clearly showing the security mount. What concerns me , are the fasteners - bolts at the handlebar for the mount vulnerable to tampering, wrenching off? Then the whole thing is gone. I’m looking to add the Tom Tom 550 to use on my other 2 motorcycles that lack GPS. The 550 is a full featured unit at $100. USD less than the Garmin XT and has better battery life and ease of updating over the Garmin XT.
My ‘09 ElectraGlide Ultra Classic uses a ZUMO 550 in a cradle.
That is true, but the chances someone will have the right tool and time are fairly small I would like to think. So far it has been working for me, hope I don’t jinx it! Thanks for the support 🙏🏾

Frankly speaking I think this is good when you stop in gas station and you go for a quick coffee and/or meal. I wouldn't leave it like that in a big town especially at night.. Thieves can still detach the mount ball placed on the handlebar with just an allen key. It's a good feature, of course better than nothing, but it can be improved a lot more I guess

I run a TT500 on my bike. I have the anti theft system too. I have a large locking knob that has a key. The rear of the ram mount has Torx security bolts for extra security. You cant be too careful these these days
