The combined tax rate part of the video is way off. Regarding Texas, if you are going to live in heat and humidity, might as well be by the ocean in Florida. That, and there are Texan's in Texas - yuck. 😀

We are different I will admit. Have a great holiday weekend!! I’ve been in the ICU in a Texas hospital for 22 days now. I had a bunch of videos backlog scheduled so might be a lapsse while I finish healing from this brain injury. Again enjoy your holiday weekend!
