9.25%sales tax I thought 6.62% was high . Your California laws is what made me buy what i needed because other states might do the same thing.
In some cities the sales tax is now 10.25% in California.

I'm a Nevada resident. I have been invited by a friend who is a resident of California to go pig hunting with him. I don't believe there will be any problem bringing my Winchester .30-30 into California. I believe it is illegal to bring ammunition into California. Can a Nevada resident buy ammunition in California? Or will I have to use my Winchester as a club?
I seem to recall,out of staters can bring all the ammo they want into Kommiefornia, but not allowed to sell it to residents.

Yes, it is, and the type. I've purchased at Sportsman and kept the paperwork copies, just in case.
I know of people who just order to their door still. Just has to be a big site that physically takes posession of ammo before sending it to you and or they are out of state and simply arent afraid of Javier Becerra

Race is very subjective and many people believe themselves to be something that doesn't even match a DNA test.. others believe race is their religious connections. You need your gun license and an ID card but that's not needed for anything other than showing to the store that you can buy the ammo.
Then they give you the ammo.
PS the licence looks like an American un-laminated drivers license but only has text.
That's awful I live in New York were next. My friend reloads for me .22, 223 and the like are ok the larger calibers you will have to reload. It's pretty sick

Just to be clear, you have to have already purchased a. firearm in your own name to be able to use the $1 "check" process. Otherwise, you have to pay $19.00, wait several days, register on the CA DOJ site just to buy a single bullet in CA. If you are one of the those that does go through the $19 process you have to go back to the store that your registered with within 30 days and purchase your bullet. The next time you want to buy a bullet, you have to go through the same $19.00 process and come back to the same dealer within 30 days to buy your bullet. There is no logic available to explain why if you submit to the registration process for $19.00 once that you still have to do it again and again every time you buy a bullet. The obvious conclusion here is to a) but any type of gun (DROS Fee for this) after taking a required gun safety test (for a fee) and then wait the 10 days to receive your weapon, then you complete the DROS form the day you get the weapon and then you can buy your ammo using the immediate $1.00 process. Option b) is to pay $19.00 to buy a now $25.00 identical Aguila box of .22 LR. at Big 5 when they have it. You cannot buy on line legally doing it any other way than this-except you have to have the ammo sent to a FFL for another $15.00 fee for the "transfer". Then you have to pay the CA sales tax. It is illegal to go to Nevada, Utah, Idaho etc. and buy ammo and bring it back. Some folks write that you can bring back 200 rounds, but I am wary of suggesting that.

Received my real ID. Change my address through the DOJ CFARS three times and Received a reject on all 3 that had A picture of my Real ID New drivers license and birth certificate. Never been arrested or in jail. Triple checked my serial number and spelling of my guns.

Problem is Texas is turning more blue everyday.Its sad really. I lived in and around Austin for 8 years couldn't stand it moved do Washington not seattle. Spokane sadly it to is changing. So if you never purchased a firearm and went through a DROS, you will not pass the $1 eligibility check. You should have the option to do a $19 check which a background check similar to a DROS and it may take 10 days or more. If you pass that, you should be able to buy ammo.
Just think, if you exercise your First Amendment, Third Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, etc.... rights, you don't have to do any of the shit mentioned in this video........... Anybody familiar with the word 'oppression'???????
