I did these exercises for one day and the next day I was able to stand up from kneeling on one leg without holding on to a piece of furniture. I haven't been able to do that for years without losing my balance. I feel more stable going up and down stairs. Thank you
giffy5775 really?
Thank you so much this video. Really helping with what I have going on with off balancing. Gets me going more slowly and giving my head, neck, and body a chance to find a way to balance and recalibrate. 🙏🏼 thankful.
Is there a such thing as doing too many exercises? Particularly the ones with repetitive head movements. I've heard doing too many can hinder compensation because they fatigue the brain. I've heard others say that isn't true. Any thoughts on this?
Should there be any ,even slight wobbling when standing on the bare floor, arms crossed, eyes closed?
This is so out of focus, it messing with my dizziness.
Where can I get one of those mats
hope these excercises help me
What's important to remember here too is unfortunately you shouldn't be taking any nerve suppressants while doing this rehab. The brain needs to relearn its balance and it can't do that if you're taking Antivert, Valium, etc. Major bummer.

I don't like the way he keeps touching her! Apart from that the exercises look helpful
