This looks hard but easy enough that I can do it right after a few attempts. This is the only teardrop wrapping design that I’ve seen that I like this much. I want to give my family all a pendant of malachite like this
Thank you for sharing this tutorial, this piece wrap/weave style is truly beautiful! I have made two now and the second one turned out much better. I plan on trying it a few more times to get it down. I agree with others that the bail was hard to understand at first, but I spent some time pausing and rewinding and finally go the pattern down. I look forward to seeing more tutorials from you!
You are a excellent teacher, I finally got the time to try this and you made it so easy to follow and it turned out great. Now I can make several more to go in the shop for sale. Thanks for the great tutorial.
Beautiful and elegant design for this beautiful teardrop cabochons. It would be nice when you are doing the weaving of the bail to take it through slowly first and then speed up. I even try the extra slow speed (on the settings) and I still had a hard time comprehending what you were doing. Thank you for your wonderful tutorials and inspiration🙏🤗🙏
As a beginner/intermediate level wrapper I had trouble trying to understand the wrapping sequence you used for the bail because the videos is put on fast forward and I never really got a good look at the arrangement of the base wires. At first I thought they might not be parallel to one another and I looked up another tutorial to see if I could find something similar. So that’s the only constructive criticism I have. Otherwise, I was able to follow the rest of it. You definitely need square wire for the frame as I tried this with round wire initially and it was a mess! So this is my first project using a square wire. 😊

Like how well you instructed how much large wire to use in the beginning. If I could post a pic of how it turned out I would share with you. 💖

@@HappyElephantArt yeah. Lindsey Griffin. You can message me a pic!
the bail instructions are bit confusing for me😭 is it two wraps on each wire? does the front or back of the two wires cross over to the other side?
couldnt deal with the words in the song and your words at the same time.... try some instrumentals
