- Today is an episode of cooking things I see from social media lol. I first saw this spicy salmon with crispy rice on an instagram reel which I think was originally from TikTok, and wanted to try it right away! I love the crispy rice stuck on the bottom of pots and I'm always down for raw salmon lol

Oh I hope ur doing good. I remember when I got mine out last year , I was super sore afterwords. Remember to drink a lot of liquids like water Gatorade and maybe some smoothies as well . Hope u feel better soon

Where did you buy sushi grade salmon? (sorry if already mentioned somewhere)
I usually get them at my local Korean supermarket (hmart) or Japanese grocery market!

I love your recipes and maybe this can give you an idea for next week. How about the honeycomb candy from the squid game since its all over tiktok and youtube.
I also got the lotus cookies and i love them so much! Maybe some lotus shaved ice 🍧 cream like your strawberry could also be nice!
I tried to make the dalgona candy yesterday and omg it was so sad HAHAH by the time I changed the camera angle, the candy had hardened 😂 but I want to try again another time but gotta plan out how to film the angles
Thats ok i can wait and tyr it again by like making the sugar in low or medium heat and then add the baking soda. This could help and eat it while your going to plan to angelos like a snack could be nice!

hope you like it~ also yes u may use shrimp but for anything raw make sure it’s sashimi grade and fresh!
With salmon can you store it in the freezer or do you need to use it on the same day you purchase it ? I never dealt with salmon so I wouldn’t know. I wanted to see if it’s the same concept as chicken. Where you can store in your freezer and be able to use it a different time during the month or something
I would recommend using the salmon the day of to ensure its fresh since you will be eating it raw!
