the settings on outlook have change again so it doesn't quite look like this i had to give this video a thumbs down because it wasn't helpful due to that case.

Click "No thanks" You'll be redirected to a page that says "Security settings" in big font at the top Scroll all the way down Click "Close my account" Click "Next" Check every box Select a reason Click "Mark account for closure" Don't sign in for the next two months, and it'll be closed.
This is what I can try, but I can only get as far as getting a verification code. I can go no further because I am not sent a code! D: Not to my cellphone, not to an alternate e-mail... I cannot close my Outlook account, if I cannot get beyond this, can I? X_X
