Then you don't do that anymore and just approximate and keep score of your age till about 30 where then you approximate from 5 years a a time, like if you're 34, you say 30 but if you're 35 you're 35. This i'd say it keeps like this till about 50 then you start to approximate at a factor of 10. Like if you're 59, you say you're 50. "I pretend i'm 30" Everyone kind of does that weird approximation. Like kids under 10 years old will keep score of their months. Then you don't do that anymore and just approximate and keep score of your age till about 30 where then you approximate from 5 years a a time, like if you're 34, you say 30 but if you're 35 you're 35. This i'd say it keeps like this till about 50 then you start to approximate at a factor of 10. Like if you're 59, you say you're 50.
It makes sense as 10 years when you're 90 represents a small percentage of your life and you're not giving that much attention to keep score in a very precise way. But when you're small, 10 years is your entire life experience. The approach is basically the same and only the amount of time passed differs.
Not me. I am 43. The closest i come to deception regarding my age is i start referring to myself as a year older than i am, around a month and a half (or so) before my birthday. Just estimation.
