so sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with them! My clients and I have had a great experience with DR Horton! If those 2 builders aren't your cup of tea, there are other wonderful builders who will also be building in this community soon!
I bought a townhome by lennar in new port richey, I agree in the development they were not great. I had to stay on top of them and I refused to close until it was done the right way which eventually they did I just put a deposit on a town home in Angeline currently being built by dr Horton so we will see how it goes Either way it’s a solid investment

Do you allow back yard fence for dog ?
Typically you would have to reference the HOA guidelines regarding fences. But for the most part most communities do allow fences

DR Horton and Lennar never 👎🏼 horrible reputation builders
