Hello, great video. I just recently replaced the front right arm on a damaged mavic mini that I bought from ebay. This drone is very easy to fix. It flys great no issues so far.
Yes. The front arms are a little more involved as you have to deal with the antenna leads but still not too difficult.

Great video. I once had to replace the camera assembly on my Mavic Pro (original). The camera assembly was pretty easy to replace once you got the top shell off (quite a project). BUT everything has worked perfectly ever since.
Thank you. It's Awesome that you were able to do the repair yourself. Digging into the Mavic Pro is not an easy task.
Good stuff, what did you pay for the broken mini and repair part? I am just curious!
$159 for the mini and controller and $68 for the battery (they are being sold at premium right now) $26 for the replacement arm and $14 for the new set of props.
