Hey Jackie, I don’t know why, but the strawberry jello was written in Portuguese. I’m Brazilian and strawberry in Portuguese is morango as is shown in the package. And the flavourless one that is called Neutra is also in Portuguese. And must say that the neutral one stinks soooooooooo much. So... this is not even made in Can or Us, maybe that’s why is so pricy. Stay safe
Simply nail logical did something similar to this I wanna say couple years ago where she took snow made an indent and then laid down hot maple syrup across the snow... then she took the snow and starting rolling the syrup like a popsicle!!! And she did it for free!! (Lol. Love u Jackie, no offense!!🧡🧡)
Jelly Beans are great! As long as they are not cinnamon or bubble gum flavor. And that is a candy thermometer, very handy to have around your kitchen. You can make caramels whenever you want now!
I’m not trying to be mean but the company’s have to pay their employees and you have to add a few dollars for them putting it together and doing the booklet.

One of the funniest things I've ever seen a dog do. Sniffed, took it in his mouth, then promptly spat it out onto the floor, "Why auntie? Why would you feed me that trash??"
Just be sure they don't have Xylitol since it's toxic for dogs and one or two now and again should be fine. ^ ^ [just commenting since it seems like someone else said something about that]

Tip if you do anything like the lollipop again to make cleanup easier - fill the pot back up with water and boil it on the stove - it'll clean it way easier than scrubbing or anything! I'm a bakery student and we have to use that trick all the time - especially for honeycombs and stuff

The cornflour doesn't cause a "reaction" btw, it just makes good molds for when you don't have one haha It's actually not a bad trick, if you pack it tight enough you can pour many things with cornflour molds.
That's neat but should have been explained in the kit. We are supposed to be learning things from it. Not from a random comment on a youtube video that's not affiliated with the product.
I remember borrowing a book about "kitchen science " it was really interesting. Some of the experiments were fun. One I really remember was a microwave honey cake. It wasn't very tasty, but it showed where the hot spots in the microwave were. Very cool.
I wish we had these magical dollar stores Jackie seems to be able to find everything at. Ours has next to nothing other than paper plates and plastic silverware.... and soap, lots of hand soap (until recently)
It varies DRASTICALLY between dollar stores. We have 4 locally, all by the same dollar store company and they all have varying degrees of crap and decent stuff
Gelatin smells like ass because its made of skin and bones. To reuse your mold, agar is lovely to make gummies with. Tons of recipes online and its made of seaweed! Also, add your colorant and flavor after removing the sugar from the heat and absolutely do not touch the hot sugar mixture! Just fill the pot with a little water, cover, and simmer to dissolve all the hardened bits of sugar gunk. Love you!
Issue with agar is the taste. 🤮 I tried it because I wanted a vegan option for gummies, but I just couldn’t mask the overpowering bitter taste. I tried different brands, but it’s just all bitter.
I legit have never heard about the hot water from the tap thing! I've been using hot tap water to make tea and get a head start on temp when boiling water.

The whole learning experience was for you to learn not to waste your money. I'm salty about this kit
ヽ(`Д´)ノ
Lol true
(I see your profile picture)
For this kit, did you have...no hope?
@@supersmilyface1 there was only despair in this one.
Well despair does bring hope
i remember the Kreepy Crawlers kit as a kid. You made gelatin bugs and some even glowed in the dark, and i am pretty sure i remember it coming with a bug facts booklet
So hi! A couple of days ago I fell across this channel that I had been watching when I was younger! ( 11) so i just wanted to say this channel got me back into art!
Whoever’s reading this, I hope you have a good day! Be the best you can be, you’ll never know what could happen next ☺️
Edit: thanks for the ❤️ Jackie! sorry I edited my comment so it went away but thanks again! 😌

Yeeears ago my cousin and I tried a blackhead removal treatment with gelatin ad milk and when we microwaved it like it said, it smelled soo bad. Even when just cooking/baking normally with it it smells really bad

@@Rose-wv2xk Sorry😭 it is not money that matters but love!❤ Hope you have enough to get bye!🤗

Glad I found a fan. I'm deaf & just started watching Jackie (incessantly). Does she refer to us as "grains" or "greens"? I'm deaf and it translates to both. Somebody help, so I'm not intensifying the saltiness!
Stay safe
I am from Brazil
Simply nail logical did something similar to this I wanna say couple years ago where she took snow made an indent and then laid down hot maple syrup across the snow... then she took the snow and starting rolling the syrup like a popsicle!!!
And she did it for free!! (Lol. Love u Jackie, no offense!!🧡🧡)
Its kind of a traditional thing here in Canada, not just something a UA-camr did lmao

Jelly Beans are great! As long as they are not cinnamon or bubble gum flavor. And that is a candy thermometer, very handy to have around your kitchen. You can make caramels whenever you want now!
Yes , I'm just in time !!!
Suchhhh a big fann
A star would make my day
Thank u sooooo much
I guess this what companies are for: put high prices on dollar store products. Basically just ripping you off. 😢
I’m not trying to be mean but the company’s have to pay their employees and you have to add a few dollars for them putting it together and doing the booklet.
Jackie: *reveals that her favorite jelly bean is black licorice
Me: My dog LOVES jelly beans, AND EVEN HE WONT EAT THE BLACK ONES!!!
@@bookwormbon482 it's very rare when we give them to him and even then, we only give him one or two. I think it's been about a year since he's last had a jelly bean XD
Reminds me of my brothers dog. He's got an iron stomach and will eat almost anything...except ginger. I tried to give it to him from my sushi order once, and he literally spat it out.
^ ^ [just commenting since it seems like someone else said something about that]
Heh I just bought the plushie 🥰

I was so surprised to hear you saw black licorice!!! That’s my absolute favorite! I went to the comment section to saw what my favorite is and I heard you say it! I didn’t think it would be yours because not a lot of people enjoy it.
we grains are BRINGING THE SALT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
U right u grain'o'salt
'Cause when you're a grain you come in like a hurricane.
Not the salt, DA SALT lol
The salt plush is so cute
I love what you said in the beginning about black licorice - I love the stuff. I like salty black licorice too. Yet, I'm not from any of the countries where it comes from. I hope it will always be available because it's so good.
Every craft kit is missing a single thing...
*salt* 🧂🧂
You are right
Was about to go back to sleep but my notifications slapped me with this
Tip if you do anything like the lollipop again to make cleanup easier - fill the pot back up with water and boil it on the stove - it'll clean it way easier than scrubbing or anything! I'm a bakery student and we have to use that trick all the time - especially for honeycombs and stuff

Thank you all for your time and god bless ♥
The cornflour doesn't cause a "reaction" btw, it just makes good molds for when you don't have one haha
It's actually not a bad trick, if you pack it tight enough you can pour many things with cornflour molds.

Very cool.
*I was eating salt while watching this*
-I just relize that a turtle shouldn't eat salt-
*Welp. No rEgRetS*
But ur turtle GOLDEN so...... Magic turtle?

I tried it because I wanted a vegan option for gummies, but I just couldn’t mask the overpowering bitter taste. I tried different brands, but it’s just all bitter.
Is it like cannibalism?
I can’t wait to watch this!! I’m finally early!!
I legit have never heard about the hot water from the tap thing! I've been using hot tap water to make tea and get a head start on temp when boiling water.
"The Bringer of Salt and the Grain of Doom" sounds like an epitaph....
I wish there an Educational Organization would put standards on toys claiming to have educational purposes.
