Last year I was in KSA for Hajj and I met this guy from Casablanca, Morocco. He used to work at a restaurant in NYC, I told him that I was in NYC too. We had a conversation for ~40 minutes straight. One of the nicest guys. Couldn’t get to exchange our contact info unfortunately. All my prayers for the genuinely nice people amidst the world full of hate.

I can attest. We went there after watching this and the food was brilliant. Khalil is passionate about his cooking and was a terrific host. Such a shame it closed but no doubt his new ventures will go well.

I can attest. We went there after watching this and the food was brilliant. Khalil is passionate about his cooking and was a terrific host. Such a shame it closed but no doubt his new ventures will go well.

I really really miss my country’s food. Unfortunately there’s almost no Moroccan restaurant in where I live. I used to live on Couscous & Tagine everyday, now I’m eating waffles and maple sirup 😭

إلى ماكانتش الاكلة مغربية اصيلة و التقديم مغربي أصيل حتى و لو كانت في أغلى و احسن المطابخ يجب طهيها على الطريقة المغربية الأصيلة هذا الطباخ Gordon اذا زار المغرب و أراد اكل كسكس سوف يرى طبق مغاير تماما. ارجو من جميع مطاعم العالم عدم تغيير الوجبات المغربية لا في التقديم و لا في المكونات.

متفق معاك بوراك راه في بلادو. محافض على نفس الطريقة ديالهم و لكن كيستعمل أجهزة متطورة. الخرفان في فرن ارضي... انا نهدر على المطاعم المغربية خارج البلاد

انا لا اعلم لما ينتظر البعض تزكية الطباخين المشهورين للطبخ المغربي او لطباخ مغربي البلالين من الناس يقبلون على الاكل المغربي للذته وجودته وعبقريته في مزج المكونات الا يكفي انه منتشر عالميا حتى دون أن تسلط اضواء لقرون عليه؟!!!! يكفي ان اكلك يؤكل ومحبب من الناس..... حتى فرنسا ما كان لها المرتبة الأولى عالميا فقط لكونها دولة متقدمة واغلب وصفاتها ممتزجة بما هو مغربي الا يكفي انها الان تأكل الخبز الأسود ونخالة القمح المطحون بعدما كانت تستهزء بأكلنا له... هذا الخبر الذي تربع على باقي انواع الخبز لفائدته العظيمة لكنها تبقى اذكى المسوقين بطرق فنية تعتمد على جودة القمح الذي هو بالأصل منتوج مغاربي.... غريبة امورك أيتها الشعوب المسلمة لا نلمس قيمتنا الا اذا أشار علينا أصحاب الضفة الأخرى من العالم.
