I’ve seen the fuzzy tall mullein that grew wild in Indiana. Here in Florida I’ve never seen it anywhere. It’s supposed to help lung issues and will clear out the phlegm.
Anyone know the plant @1:05. I have searched the internet high and low for a shade-loving ground cover with slender leaves, purple flowers, and can be used to make tea but found nothing. It sounds like they're saying "teelow" maybe?
