If you don't manage to find alternatives. Just change recipe. I am vegan, I don't drink milk and I don't drink alternatives. I just eat balanced whole plant based meals. If you use to eat cereal with milk, for example, just switch to a overnight oat porridge with water, fruit, nuts etc. .. good luck brother, thank you for your empathy

B12 does not occur naturally in dairy, and in fact if it is actually in a dairy product it must be added as a supplement. B12 very rarely occurs naturally, outside of bacterial culture. B12 supplements are made using bacterial cultures. That's where the B12 that you consume comes from. Meaning there's absolutely no necessity to consume dairy in order to get B12. That's like someone insisting that they need to consume chocolate bars because they need iodine, and chocolate contains salt, some of which has been supplemented with iodine. It makes no sense right? In both cases the medium is pointless, and in both cases the presence of the desired supplement is questionable. You want B12, take a B12 pill. It's cheap and effective and does not require violence.

I am talking in this video specifically about domesticated animals that have been brought into existence for the sole purpose of serving humans. They do not have any benefit of existing in a system who's only motive is to exploit them. Some animals have been modified to such a degree that merely existing is already pain and suffering for them. If tomorrow we have a world in which we no longer exploit animals and these animals exist by breeding among themselves that is fine. Vegan sanctuaries like that already exist. The point is it makes sense for them to exist only if they are free from human enslavement and have a quality of life assured to them just like us humans. The aim is to save them from human exploitation and dominion. I am not fighting against extinction of domestic animals, I would happily take the day where they all go extinct and this insane never ending cycle of violence ends.

i convinced my friend to become an eggitarian since it was even adviced by doctors as his protein intake was too low and veg sources was not working. If tomorrow govt allowed sale of animal products but only for free then more than 80% people will become vegan no matter how "cultural" they are. So along with activism if you can help invent/discover products to rival dairy industry thats tasty, nutritious, cheap, as proliferated as animal products and provide livelihood to majority of people in India then India will become a vegan nation. If it was easy to slaughter animals everyone would do it. The reason people can eat those products is because they are removed from the system. Watch videos of how the animals are killed every day for a month and see how easy it becomes. No meat here for 25 years and vegan for 13. It is really easy once you figure it out.

TIgers are raised by humans if the mother has died or rejected the cub. Yes, this tiger cannot survive in the wild. The cub is not trained in hunting skills by the mother tiger.
I have this question lets say the world turned vegan and now cows are on their own and maybe living well in the wild a few eaten bu predators naturally and I remember arvind saying they go extinct at some point ultimately but if we are only concerned about the amount of pain the animal experiences, is it during the time it gets hunted with a predator sucking off its blood and tearing its flesh apart (gruesome with hyenas) or a lifetime of milking and force bred inside a cattle. The argument may go like predator killing is quick though a lot of pain or lifetime as a domestic cattle is more time slow pain but this prevents its extinction atleast later generation can see them unlike some extinct bird species which we couldnt see. Just thought about it. But veganism is the way because i feel let the cows be whether its living well or being hunted and let us eat what is there will minimal violence. As a man who grew in a cattle farming family i realised what all i thought was divine love and good for the cow is just turned out to be selfish and unethical. They grow so large so fast their legs are breaking. they have the beaks cut off at birth because they are crammed in a barn so tight that they peck at each other. Even though the beaks are cut off most have half the feathers ripped out. The only daylight they ever see is on the way to slaughter and usually they drive them at night so people cannot see. You put that in you.

Should we really base our moral societal framework on what other animals do and what happens in nature? We are moral agents and have a choice, we understand right and wrong, animals may also, but they don't have that same choice, they are killing to survive. Here’s the problem though, while veganism is not entirely free from causing harm it is all about avoiding, where possible, the exploitation, use and killing of others. However if you do consume animal products it is not just the eating of them, it is supporting the entire violent, brutal process involved to get them to your plate. It is absolutely guaranteed, in fact it is required, that they will have involved the exploitation, use, abuse, mutilation and or killing of other thinking, feeling beings. And all for things we do not need. How can we legitimately even attempt to justify that when we do have other choices? If you stop and really think about it, whose choices actually involve forcing others? Farmed animals are forced to become pregnant, their babies in many cases are forcibly separated from them, they are forced into constrained and detrimental living situations, forced onto a truck and then finally all having their lives, the only thing they have, violently taken from them, by force. But we can't force anyone to do anything, that's the point we would prefer to not have to restrict anyone’s options, we want people to recognise that their choices have negative consequences for others and change their behaviour, not because they are being told to, but because they understand it is the right thing to do. All we are asking you to do on behalf of these victims is to think about it from their perspective and just choose something else.

Is it mandated in your religion that you must consume animal products? And as far as i understand it humans were granted free will and are morally responsible for their actions, correct? A suggestion would be that you have a look at the evidence that is out there, watch Dominion, for example, and judge for yourself if that is something you want to be a part of. While far from an expert, I am happy to answer any vegan related questions you have, that i can.

I knew a person who actually stopped using milk. instead he use coconut milk. U can use chocolate on it . Paired good with club sandwich.

Can cows survive in the wild if let alone? They could trespass the roads causing deaths. They need to be confined.
Because we make them reliant on you. A tiger if raised amongst humans in captivity can't survive in the jungle as well.
@@ar.5230 Good point. Unlike India, in the US one doesnt see the cows on the roads (very rare, unless it escapes). This is safe for both the motorist as well as the cow. TIgers are raised by humans if the mother has died or rejected the cub. Yes, this tiger cannot survive in the wild. The cub is not trained in hunting skills by the mother tiger.

I have this question lets say the world turned vegan and now cows are on their own and maybe living well in the wild a few eaten bu predators naturally and I remember arvind saying they go extinct at some point ultimately but if we are only concerned about the amount of pain the animal experiences, is it during the time it gets hunted with a predator sucking off its blood and tearing its flesh apart (gruesome with hyenas) or a lifetime of milking and force bred inside a cattle. The argument may go like predator killing is quick though a lot of pain or lifetime as a domestic cattle is more time slow pain but this prevents its extinction atleast later generation can see them unlike some extinct bird species which we couldnt see. Just thought about it. But veganism is the way because i feel let the cows be whether its living well or being hunted and let us eat what is there will minimal violence. As a man who grew in a cattle farming family i realised what all i thought was divine love and good for the cow is just turned out to be selfish and unethical. Thanks bro keep spreading the word and i will too

They grow so large so fast their legs are breaking. they have the beaks cut off at birth because they are crammed in a barn so tight that they peck at each other. Even though the beaks are cut off most have half the feathers ripped out. The only daylight they ever see is on the way to slaughter and usually they drive them at night so people cannot see. You put that in you.

Yes, other animals use and kill each other for food, they also do other appalling things to each other.
Should we really base our moral societal framework on what other animals do and what happens in nature?
We are moral agents and have a choice, we understand right and wrong, animals may also, but they don't have that same choice, they are killing to survive.
So should we continue to breed, exploit and kill these other beings whose lives matter to them for things we don't need, based on our own selfish wants.
Or we can choose to recognise the rights of others and strive for a better world for all sentient individuals.

Here’s the problem though, while veganism is not entirely free from causing harm it is all about avoiding, where possible, the exploitation, use and killing of others.
However if you do consume animal products it is not just the eating of them, it is supporting the entire violent, brutal process involved to get them to your plate. It is absolutely guaranteed, in fact it is required, that they will have involved the exploitation, use, abuse, mutilation and or killing of other thinking, feeling beings. And all for things we do not need.
How can we legitimately even attempt to justify that when we do have other choices?
If you stop and really think about it, whose choices actually involve forcing others?
Farmed animals are forced to become pregnant, their babies in many cases are forcibly separated from them, they are forced into constrained and detrimental living situations, forced onto a truck and then finally all having their lives, the only thing they have, violently taken from them, by force.
But we can't force anyone to do anything, that's the point we would prefer to not have to restrict anyone’s options, we want people to recognise that their choices have negative consequences for others and change their behaviour, not because they are being told to, but because they understand it is the right thing to do.
All we are asking you to do on behalf of these victims is to think about it from their perspective and just choose something else.

But how do we exploit, use and take the life from an individual who does not want or need to die without causing them harm?

The whole "Dominion" documentary is very full on, but worth it to understand what these beings are put through, and if you consume any animal product what you are paying for, and what is done to them on your behalf.
