Butterfly era is so underrated because everyone thinks she lost her voice here. Smh I grew up with this free, fun, dancriah. Her voice was amazing here
That's not true at all. The actual has Daydream vocals. It was her image people focused on. In fact because of UA-cam we realize the changes
Thats true. In 1997, nobody thought she lost her voice because she literally didn't. Now people analyze every crack or flat note singers do throughout their career and determine these wacky vocal "eras". It's very clear to me that Mariah's voice remained the same but post 1996 she did more tours and was overworked.
