I could never forget that feeling of the last day of school every year. I'd get butterflies the night before thinking about all the Domino's pizza and ice cream I was going to eat while we watched Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory after cleaning out our desks and turning in our textbooks. Time definitely moved far slower for me then than it does for me now. Summer vacation was amazing and felt like it lasted forever; and even though you had only been gone from school 3 months, it felt like a whole year. There were always a handful of people every year who would look way different in September than they did in June. That was especially the case when 7th-8th grade rolled around. People would be coming in looking like they aged 3 years in 3 months. I was one of them. My birthday is in July; and I began the summer of my 13th birthday standing 5'5" tall and ended it standing 5'10" tall. I also began it with a squeaky high pitched voice and ended it with a squeaky medium pitched voice.
Today was my last day of 5th grade. I’ve never cried for this but now I realize I’m never going to be able to be a kid again. I love all my friends and I’m worried we aren’t going to be friends in middle school. It’s sad.

Here is a story enjoy! Btw this happend like in 3rd grade? So my teacher handed out a test that I was not there for. So the next day I took the test I got really stuck on some questions so I skipped them for now and I went back to the questions. It was almost time to switch with my other teacher there was 5 minutes left until we switched I was still on the test and I was worried that I wasn’t going to finish in time. It was time to switch!! I was terrified because I had like 9 questions left to answer and by the time I was on my 8th question the other class switched back. I didn’t finish and it was the end of the day so my teacher took my test and looked over it she was saying “ this is wrong this is wrong” and she was saying it out loud and the kids that were in there started laughing and I got really sad I was almost about to cry so I took all of my stuff to go to the other class and those kids were so nice when I got home I was sad and in a bad mood and this was all on a Friday I am super scared for Monday.
My teacher one time got a yard stick and I thought she was going to hit us because someone did not do their homework not all of us did as well but we had to switch back to math and she did not let us go and whoever did not do their homework she SLAMMED the yard stick on the floor and yelled at us I'm still scared of the experience and every time I go in to that room I get flash backs and I'm so nervous every time I don't do my homework. Also this happened to all of us so ya piz help me I have ptsd
