Hey! I just bought this kind of sewing machine. But I have a problem with it I am hoping you can help me out. My autoreverse button doesn't work (the lever does) but I mostly used the autoreverse button located where led light next to the presser foot also my knee lifter doesn't work it turned 360 and it won't lift the presser food either... It is hard for me to contact the seller I am sure the seller is from China.

how do you know its 'versatile and capable' when you didn't sew a single piece or experiment with the digital unit?
