At the very beginning of the video the trim ring you installed is that part of the shaker kit or do you have to buy that separately? Also I appreciate you making these videos I always wanted to go the shaker route as well but always thought I would have to buy salvaged parts off of wrecked Scat packs which I didn’t what to do. So because of your videos I found out about the oem shaker kit that can be bought online and will be purchasing mine soon.
Think I could rig the bracket onto a 3.6? I'd have to cut the chargers hood to spec and get that rubber seal i see on your hood. I've been wanting to see this on a charger.
make sure you put clear plastic on your hood underneath where shaker rubber seal touches hood if you dont it will ware away your paint. shaker looks great
@@scatspeed3114 no problem just wanted you to know about having a shaker also keep rubber seal clean just give it a quick wipe to get dirt off of it when you open hood before you close it now that you have a shaker you need headlight tube that mopar has spicifically for shaker about 55 dollars
I am getting ready to install my new mopar shaker hood and kit on my 2021 and I was wondering did you have any trouble with washer nozzles, instructions say passenger inner fender liner must be removed ? Also did you paint shaker? I have never seen an oem one painted on a new challenger. I'm debating on whether to have scoop painted flat black or just use the natural finish of scoop as it is.

Most of them don't. The sealed air box on the standard model seems to run a little cooler
