Great vid, I'm with you on the quick cooking thing, especially at lunch time. I have started on a few vitamin supplements, b12 complex, a and d and zinc, have felt a lot better in myself could highly recommend. Am definately going to do the mint sauce thing with the yogurt. Take care☺☺

I wish I could give you a big hug. Just make sure that you get what you want that you have paid for Kim. When I split with my husband (even though it was me who ended the marriage) I found weekends hard when the kids were at his house and I did the same thing, I pampered myself, bought lots of expensive makeup, burned the scented candles he hated and drunk lots of wine. I rearranged the house and just did what I wanted. You are such a beautiful soul, kind, funny, sweet, adorable and endless integrity.... You are obviously far too good for a man who packs your stuff in the car. I wish my B&M had these plants. I have a phobia of real plants inside (outside they r OK) and do like a faux plant.
