Definitely worth the wait. I own a ‘55 VOS, 2019 regular collection and this one, and for the price point, the Nelson signature is superior. Love the fat neck on it.
@@elihoward658 I have a single cut Custom Shop Koa & a TV yellow double cut. The Koa has the big neck while the TV has a slim neck and was manufactured in 1997.
@@elihoward658 Could you do some A-B-(C) testing on them? Just like the clips in this video, it really shows the different tones you can get. Maybe with some mixed volume and tone as well (5-5 volume-tone for example.)
Definitely could. I planned on doing a video shooting out the 3 in the near future, mainly because I was so blown away by how good of quality Gibson has been turning out in more recent years. I thought nothing would be as good as my ‘55 until I actually played the Nelson signature.
So it's really just modelled on a normal '56 LP Junior. I don't understand the trend of calling guitars like this a "So and so Signature model" just because that particular so and so owned one. What makes this some kind of special "Lukas Nelson Model* rather than just a '56 Les Paul Junior Model, other than it being an excuse to charge a higher price?
Nice video. Dig the guitar and the playing. Subscribed.
Thank you Roman!
I was able to snag one, for $1300 too, quickly turned into my #1. Amazing guitar. Next shape is perfect!
Hell YEAH! Great review of a superb guitar!
You’re a great guitarist and you’re funny too. Subscribed!
Thank you Shane.
How funny. I had my eye on the only one on reverb a few weeks back. I guess I found out where it went
Straight to Oregon.
Probably one of the best reviews I have seen. Thanks for concentrating on clean/crunchy tones, rather than winding it up to eleven and noodling
Thank you for the positive feedback. This guitar is a winner for sure, and I wanted to show how much a single p90 can really offer.
Beautiful guitar and I really liked how you showed the settings you were using, you got a sub from me!
Thank you.
Thanks for starting with a clean tone
God would have wanted it that way.
Nice Work! I ordered one and still waiting for it to arrive.

Just got one on Reverb and it’s as good as all the reviews!

Want to sell it, looking for one.
DAMMIT JAKE!!! 😂
I just want to hear your play.
Do a demo of all your gear and go from there.
Best yet on this guitar.
Oh man thank you.
