Even better... If you have the original game disc, put the disc in your computer and you can transfer the whole soundtrack to your ipod/phone. Best decision I made long time ago to put it on the ipod, this song really cranks on the Klipsch home theater system!
You could put the original PS1 game disk in a normal CD player and just skip the first (DATA) track, then it would play EVERY radio station one after another. The first CD I ever copied was GTA minus the first track!
In Wales we used to have a TV station that only played the same program over on loop it was a news broadcast and I think the TV channel was called that's TV.

I think this song was licensed. It was a band from Dundee i think which is where the game was originally produced hence all the scottish and mainly dundee references in the GTA games.
