- Basically watch a Blake Wilkey ramble on about his king of the hammers preparation with JAWS the first ever trophy truck bug. KEVIN AND BLAKE BUILT THIS MASTERPIECE IN THE SHARK DEN IN SAN DIEGO! They have been having a ton of fun with it, but as they get more seat time and knowledge under their belt the plan is to race it more and keep the good times rollin! 🤙🏼

Yo dawg at 4:15 the safety wire on the Hub has some Negative safeties. I can see the end point on one is pulling the bolt in the loosening direction. You want all the wire points pulling the bolt in the Tightening Direction. Good move on the NAS bolts but gotta safety right. just a heli builders perspective, Yew! Goodluck!
Hey shreddy just a question that bearing preload tube what’s it made of? Have u ever heated it up then measured ur tolerance it mite be expanding and pushing inner race out just enough to spin. Titanium spacers would reduce expansion. Have fun bud love the videos.

Hi Blake, I am curious, As the rear suspension hang in the car, how do you guys engineer the traction bar so that the car will tract? Thanks for the detail info about why and how to correct the problem before it happen. It' amassing how, even a properly engineered car according to the knowledge builder can't survive the King of the Hammers when the car is pushed to the limit. I guess either the whole team are good or lucky or both to survive and win the race.
