The new content, is aimed for what level?
I see you were above level 30 (aprox) in some of the footage.

Some of it is already at the beginning (if you take the two new classes you have a new starting area and quest). Then there's some new stuff that I started encountering around ~Dreadfell/Mark of the spellblaze. There might have been a bit of stuff before (such as the Egress thingy with the codes), but overall I'd say it starts after the first ~25% of the game or so.
