    Can the baby step part be explained? Whats the goal when adding that baby step after the initial 3 step?

      Secondary footwork is used for balance and control of the feet. Basically it is proof of balance

    Why is there no mention of having right foot forward and using weight/power transfer from left leg to right during the set?

      Good question. We don't use that for our higher level setters. We prefer equalibrium
