As a person with shellfish allergies I appreciate how she updated the recipe to her and her sister's gluten allergy. Love the episode, btw when Terrell said vacation, he really meant I have a lot of content that's prerecorded so ya'll won't miss me!

She probably has an underlying medical condition. Gluten isn't going to fix 'the shakes'
That was 100% shady.
She sounds like she has Spasmodic Dysphonia or "strangled voice syndrome." It's a neurological disorder. A reporter with a national radio show, Diane Rehm, suffers from it. You can hear the difference in her voice over the years.
They didn't address it in this episode, but it seems that Kim suffers from spasmodic dysphonia.
