    Great recipe but normally water in which Cashews and almonds are soaked should be discarded as thy have lectins that are hard to digest, preferably soak them separate and also remove Almond skin before grinding

    If saffron is unaffordable, it's just better to skip it, pistachios, almonds, cashew nuts and dates are far enough to make you healthy....

    Good! I would suggest soaking almonds separately as it is good to remove the skin after a wash before grinding it for smoothies or eating it. 😊

    But
    I'd soak the dates with saffron, then soak nuts separately because the water from the nuts is full of anti-nutrients that you wants to wash away.
    But the water used to soak the dates is good to use 👍

    For people complaining about bank ac, its ok for you to not be able to afford nuts and dates abd saffron daily. I am sure eating it once in a while will also be benificial.

    Great shake for morning. Those who can't afford the ingredients in the video can try just Oats, few cashews, banana and some honey. You can put some peanut butter for some extra protein and thickness. Only hVe this during morning or active hours for proper digestion. Else you might end up with bloating and more fat

    I am preparing a biotin drink daily which contains almonds, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds as well as dates which are soaked overnight and the next day all these soaked nuts are blended along with milk and robusta banana/apple and very rarely strawberry. This is very tasty as well as healthy

    Very good drink, I'm drinking this past two years in morning empty stomach it's safe me from vitamin B 12 diffency, I added fried ground nuts, walnut, dry black grapes and white grapes, and before lunch two Amla pieces juice.

    Very necessary u soak almonds cashews n pistachios seperate- the physic acid needs to be drained..
    Also the saffron can be reused by soaking in cold water/milk strain n use again

      BS! The outer skin of the almond is where the fiber resides. It also has antioxidants and Vitamin E. Carcinogens, my foot!

      Yes the almond peel should be thrown away, but the reason is something different!!
      Every plant seeds have some anti Nutritional factors (tannins & Phytates In case of Almonds). These when consumed interfere with absorption on other nutrients.
      But when seeds are soaked those anti Nutritional factors try to leach out and gathered in the peel. When peeled off we are removing them too. If consumed as it is there is no point of consuming nutritious food as body is not getting those nutrients anyway.
      Sadguru says that, plant seeds have anti Nutritional factors to save themselves from being fed by animals.
      And when the seeds are soaked they think that they are going to sprout and sowed, so they tend to eliminate the Anti Nutritional factors.
      So called "carcinogens" which are not!!

    It's very very energetic drink, my combination is four pieces badam, 4 pieces dates, 4 pieces cashew nuts,10 pieces pistha,2 pieces walnuts,15 pieces dry black grapes and 15 pieces dry white grapes,20 pieces fried ground nuts and add some water grinding it in mixy and drink it morning 9am in empty stomach it's saved me from vitamin B 12 diffency, before lunch two Amla pieces juice it's important.
