Fish Rava Fry is an authentic crispy & spicy #NonVegetarianRecipe. In this #FishFryRecipe, Fish is mixed with various spices, coated with Rava and shallow-fried. Fish Rava Fry Recipe:
Fish - 500 grams
Oil (for shallow-frying) - As Needed
Marination:
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
Water - A Few Drops
Rava Coating:
Rava - ½ Cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the marination together. Add water as needed to form a smooth and thick paste.
2. Coat the fish in the marination. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Combine the Rava with salt in a plate/bowl.
4. Coat the fish in the Rava.
5. Shallow fry in oil until cooked and crisp on both sides, a total of 5-7 minutes depending on the size of the fish pieces.
Cooking Tips:
1. You can use any fish of your choice for this recipe.
2. If you are using whole small fish such as mackerel, make slits on the sides of the fish so that the marination can spread well.

Can I use corn flour instead of rice flour?
Halwai bhi corn flour yeh alarot use krte h
Yes you can but rice flour gives you a much crispier crust.
Rava fish have messy, tiny, annoying bones.
