As soon as I found out you need nightmare for Goliath’s special death animation I moved around how I fought the bosses. I fight him last so I can have nightmare against him.
I actually find V the easiest character to not get hit with since it is not he who attacks it's his demons there's even a side quest for V to kill some enemies within a limited time without getting hit.
I usually use devil trigger on shadow or griffon and have them auto attack. For one bar u get a lot of value. Especially during the goliath boss. U could spend bar on shadow.
It's super hard to play V without receiving some damages, takes a lot of patience too. And it's almost impossible to get SSS with V lmao... Nice play. V sucks. Looking forward to Vergil's gameplay.
@@MrTeucro99 don't forget he can parry attacks with his cane and the fingersnap which summons nightmare and can for example with baphomet and lusachia send their ice projectiles back and allows you to kill them quick in two hits! and for those who say V sucks I got those two video's for them: ua-cam.com/video/YcKFoTLBMOw/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/uxRrq46MP2g/v-deo.html
Lol, I never die with V and he’s the easiest to get S rank missions with. Just don’t sit there and watch the enemy, or better yet know how to use Shadow and Griffon.
@@cdub1059 no problem. Yeah I agree, I love V gameplay, but I felt that sometimes you needed an option to recall your companions: while Griffon can come back thanks to a move and you don't care for Nightmare, Shadow is the only one that is always far from V. Still haven't reached even DMD, but I'm really gonna struggle with V in it
@@cantconrolit4444 you can dodge to the side to call back shadow qnd dodge backwards or double jump to call griffon I noticed that if you stand still and not attack they come back too (but I'm not sure) If you have an enemy on lock-on and order shadow to attack he will spawn next to him
@@oneeyejack3035I kinda knew all that until the standing still will call back your familiars, if that's true then We have a more efficient way of calling em back instead of jumping and dodging
12:44 that was a sick use of i-frames
That attack is so hard to doge too. Impressive
5:25 Woah! He never did that in my run!
He does that in son of sparda and above. Enemies have different attacks in those difficulties
@@kicsiduda Yeah i got that. On DMD Nidhogg never did that for me. Maybe cause i killed him too quickly?
Damn. I never seen that. That looks tough to deal with
Huh I've never seen that before lol
@KimPopGaming I'm on Son of Sparda difficulty but in DMD does the "purple aura" give them new moves or does it just make them faster and hit harder?
As soon as I found out you need nightmare for Goliath’s special death animation I moved around how I fought the bosses. I fight him last so I can have nightmare against him.
I just fight get Nightmare second so I can fight Goliath second. You don’t really need Griffon until Artemis.
Nero In DMD Mode? Easy Af For Me
V In DMD Mode? Suicide Mission.
So true

Scott Fillinger how do u do that ??
@@simoncod1 Press LT + the familiar button (default controller)
That is very impressive!
The point of making V fight Artemis, Cavaliere Angelo, and Goliath is to answer our question on whether he can defeat them or not.
I felt kinda bad for Shadow during that Goliath boss fight
Geryon the most bored boss fight for V. It should for Dante or Nero.
Yeah that would be cool
"The most 'bored' boss fight." Nice english. Anyways no It isn't.
@@Bloodhurl67 Nice as that Geryon fight I guess, ha.
@@1010khops Yeah but you just make yourself look like you're just now learning English and maybe you are.
@@Bloodhurl67 Why?that won't change anything about this game.
BTW, I like V, but not in this boss fight.
Nice

How did you not get hit by that?

For real. Going through. DMD playthrough and I dread V missions. Basically just use all the gold orbs I saved uo
Have you try spamming the shadow dodge? Is super rich on i frames, you can dodge into lasers and dont get hit.

It's painful to use him
Rick diculous thought I was the only one that hated playing as v shit is boring as fuck
V like shit to me, and even his slowly nightmare are shit too? Capcom make stupid character
zhaire welch I agree with u
Everyone mad at Capcom for making a character they don’t know how to use.
Two words for you all
Git gud.
The bosses on dmd difficulty has too many hp for V
Try to have a S rank with V is worth than dealing with Blitz, I just can’t with him.
Under this context in should be “Trying” and instead of worth it should be “Worst” also maybe put a “Do It” between can’t and with him
There should be some way to control shadow...
Ever heard of promotion?
