Acceptance. Accept that life is insecure, that everything carries a certain amount of risk, that we are mortal and we will inevitably die. Once you accept that, what is there to fear?
If the doctor, the person which has years of medical experience and a medical degree tells you that you are fine then you are fine. Stressing over it does more harm than good
Anyone constantly have buzzing/vibrating or nerve tingling through their body? I guess it’s due to anxiety although I thought I was doing a bit better lately.

Yes sometimes it’s a sharp pinching prickly sensation it’s so debilitating
