great video, thank you so much. sometimes i like to think of anxiety as the little me crying out for help. it doesn’t need to be this monster chasing after me but a little child wanting attention, compassion and love.

I love your insight even just listening to you and watching you is soothing as you discuss anxiety while I am currently having very high strung anxiety from my vestibular migraines and muscle twitching

Over time, repeated activation of the stress response takes a toll on the body. Research suggests that chronic stress contributes to high blood pressure, promotes the formation of artery-clogging deposits, and causes brain changes that may contribute to anxiety, depression, and addiction.

@@meghanaarikeri1374 No, basically what they are saying is your mind is digging a hole that you might be able to overcome. Using drugs to control anxiety might create other issues.

Acceptance. Accept that life is insecure, that everything carries a certain amount of risk, that we are mortal and we will inevitably die. Once you accept that, what is there to fear?

If the doctor, the person which has years of medical experience and a medical degree tells you that you are fine then you are fine. Stressing over it does more harm than good

Anyone constantly have buzzing/vibrating or nerve tingling through their body? I guess it’s due to anxiety although I thought I was doing a bit better lately.
