When they first did the upgrade I was so excited and was not disappointed upon receipt of my NKJV last year! Plus, I was very excited to get mine in a large print and of course it is also my favorite translation 🙌. Originally I felt the TCR would be too complicated but now I just love it for study/reference so much 🙏
Thank you Pastor Tim! 😊. Just bought it after watching your video. I love the TCR and the ESV, so am thrilled with this one and can’t wait to receive it. ❤

Thanks for the review. I purchased the Bible, and enjoy using the referencing system. I understand most of the referencing; however, I do not understand the usage of the arrow that appears next to some topics and numbers in the alphabetical and numerical indexes. Can you provide an explanation. Thanks.
I question Zondervan's quality control lately. I ordered the premium calfskin version and had to send back not one, but two copies because they were not bound to the leather cover properly. They were only glued on one side and the text block was ready to fall out. Third time was a charm however and I got a good one. Aside from the defects this is a great study tool and fantastic Bible to add to anyone's collection. Have you noticed any quality issues with Zondervan lately?
I just purchased the KJV Thompson chain, the premier edition. It’s a misprint with the New Testament title page and chart with the old and New Testament and Christ joining them together missing. Not sure if that’s common, but it was missed by quality control!
Tim, your leathersoft link to Amazon is to the 8.5 point text version. Look below on the page where it says there's a newer version to find the 9.5 point version you reviewed. Thanks for the video; I've been wanting this in ESV and didn't know it existed.
I wish Zondervan and Tyndall would get together to produce a Thompson Chain for the NLT. I called Kirkbride years ago an d they told me they had no intentions to do a TCR for the NLT. It cost then about $3million to do one and they did not have the resources. As an alternative, they might want to consider doing and NLT in the format of the NIV Deluxe Single Column Reference Bible with Topical links which is the next best thing. The only thing I would do different is put the cross references in the inner margin instead of the outer margin. Tyndale does this in the Life Application Bible .
Hi Tim. Some time back, you did a review for a rebinder with a Cardinal logo. I can't seem to find the information. Could you post it again. Thank you, and apologies for the trouble! BTW, my RSV arrived today. Hope my order helped your channel just a bit.
@anickelsworthbiblereviews Sorry to bother you again, but I saw on the Redbird website that they are not accepting any more Bibles until after Thanksgiving. I know you do lots of reviews. Do you have any suggestions for one or two that I wouldn't have to wait so long on...that are accepting now?
You’ll have to take a risk on a newer rebinder. Anyone I’d recommend is months back. Red Letter Rebinds, Rock Wall Bibles, JV Bibles, and Full Cup Bibles are all very good but have widely different styles.

What a trip! I just ordered this bible (ESV Hardback for $20.00!) a couple days ago. It should hit my doorstep within a day or two.

That is a handsome Bible. I've always preferred Treasury of Scriptural Knowledge to Thompson's. But I wouldn't be mad at this as a Christmas gift,

I’ve not had any bad experiences with them but it has been quite a long time since I’ve seen a leather edition.

Redbird Bibles! I quick search should bring it right up! Always appreciate Afilliate purchases. They do indeed help.
