When they describe Max Martins winning concept I just thought that this dude is just making the music version of swedish/scandinavian design. Minimalistic, simple, pure forms, functionality.

12:40 yeah because the US is so sensitive and conservative and weird about the most non-harmful things, Sweden do not think that song is controversial at all, it's such an innocent little tune.
In Sweden artists and actors etc are openly gay, write obviously gay lyrics, there are gay characters in tv-series and movies and there are no controversy or question if it's suitable for children or not.
Like take Beatrice Eli's song 'Girls,' no one minded it being played on radio or performed on TV or children listening to it.
